I would be sunk without trace without this place. Has reverted to more normal hours of opening after lockdown. Good for storing the "out of season" stuff you will need in a few weeks time. Not heated much above freezing. Has 1 wheelchair accessible toilet.

I don't normally post reviews but I feel the store room have absolutely deserved a 5 star review. Rachel in the office was extremely helpful and was very upfront about all costs and commitments which was reassuring. The prices were the best I could find when comparing the meerkat.

Clean, secure storage place. Nice folk. Only problems were caused by a local big christmas charity blocking the aisles so we couldn't get into our room, they monopolised the trollies too. Thanks to the store room staff for sorting the issues and getting trollies for us when we moved out. Would use again.

I've been using this place for about 5 years and can highly recommend it. The staff are really helpful, nothing phases them. When the mythical lift gets installed it will be perfect!

Genuine customer service using the store room whilst we are moving house. A friendly, helpful reception both on the phone and in person. The room was clean and easy to use. We enquired about opening times and were given really helpful information that made our move easier. It would have helped us if the store room had been open a bit earlier and later at the weekend. And we benefitted from a voucher for free packing materials. I wouldn't have paid the £50 they were supposed to be worth, but it was a nice perk.
