The visit Mark did to our house was professional, helpful (that list of who to call became our go to guide) and gave a lot of assurance that we were going to be in safe hands. The communications from Tracey were always quick and helpful, even when we had to move moving date at the very last minute. I couldn't recommend Brights Removals enough. we used them for a short move last week and they were brilliant. They were on time, efficient and helpful throughout. We had a couple of unexpected problems at both our old and new house and the removal men went out of their way to help us resolve the issues. In comparison to competitors they were cheaper, but this in no way a reflection of the service, which was absolutely first class.

The whole service from initial contact to completed removal was very professional and well-organised. The removal team moved my furniture into a 3rd Floor apartment, which was no small feat, with no damages or loss and made a potentially stressful day much less so. I can't recommend Brights enough. We used them for our house move in January. In the build up to the move they were prompt and helpful answering questions. They were able to supply additional packing materials at reasonable prices and available to collect from their office the same day. On moving day they were excellent. First person arrived ahead of the rest to get started on packing the kitchen (which was done very well). Not a scratch on anything. The rest of the removal team arrived on time and were very efficient, friendly and professional. We then had a delay in getting our keys meaning they sat outside our new property for about 3 hours. However they remained professional and friendly despite having to work later than scheduled. This incurred a small but very reasonable fee. If we move again we will absolutely be using Brights.

April 2021: This is my second time using Mark and the team (first review below) and I didn't hesitate to give them a call again. Very happy with the competitive pricing, the helpfulness & politeness of Mark and the guys, and how efficient they got everything moved. Everyone including Tracey were super helpful, and they even helped pick and move some items that I had forgotten to pack. Moving house is always a stressful time (our third time in 5 years), especially for us who have two young children, but honestly the removals part was probably the most stress free bit which is a credit to Mark and the whole team. Thanks as always and I would be happy to use again and recommend to others without a doubt. Colin November 2019: Very happy with Mark and his team. Some of the access points were incredibly narrow, but the guys got everything in without any problems. All furniture was put back together perfectly, and Mark has great attention to detail which I appreciate (e.g. he was able to tell me missing parts from previous removals). We are looking to do another move in the short-medium term and I will definitely be turning to Mark again.

Bright's Removals provided a 5 star service from start to finish. Their owner, Mark Bright was personally involved throughout the whole process. We were moving my mother-in-law, at the age of 82, for the first time in 54 years. Bright's were quick to come and quote, were very reasonably priced, and worked around dates that were suitable for us. the packing was done very professionally as was the move on the following day. I was very impressed! This was the first time I've used a professional removals company. These guys are amazing, they did a wonderful job, so worth the money. They secured everything, loose bits and bobs, hanging clothing in boxes, dismantling/ un-plumbing/ plumbing washers, all this helped so much as I'm long term sick/ disabled and I was doing the move alone, so these guys were a invaluable help. Despite the fact the truck wouldn't go all the way to the house and it rained, they were efficient, calm, friendly and very professional. A lovely bunch! Two of the most dedicated, polite, organized and professional individuals we have ever dealt with. Mark and his assistant ran up and down the stairs as if it was a walk in the park. As a middle aged divorced lady I was dreading my move into a tiny cottage with a spiral staircase! I rang around a few companies but did feel a little intimidated. I came across Brights and right from the beginning, speaking to the lovely receptionist I knew this was going to be OK. The owner, Mr Bright, came to provide a proper quote and was a real gentleman, professional and polite and put me at ease straight away. The day of the move went so smoothly and i felt like a spare part. The chaps helping Mr Bright were charming and really went the extra mile to make a potentially traumatic experience so easy. I would definitely recommend them.
