Signing up was straightforward and taken care of entirely online due to COVID. Moving in was very easy. The units are certainly very clean and secure. Martin was very helpful on the day. I would definitely recommend Access for anyone who wants to be confident about the storage facility they choose for their stuff.

Really impressed with my experience here. Given it's a self storage place I wasn't expecting much in terms of customer service but was pleasantly surprised: everybody was very friendly (particular shout out to Zabbie who was great!), they were accommodating when I needed extra time and the signup processes were simple and efficient. If you are looking for a Storge place with great units and amazing customer service, Look no further! Access self-storage Islington have been amazing to work with. At any point if we needed help with the unit, them to help with a collection or printing they were there for us. The units are well taken care of and great quality. We felt our items were safe and well looked after in the unit. We were always greeted with a wave and a smile and someone was always around to help or answer questions. We can’t say thank you enough to the wonderful staff here and apricate everything they do!

The facilities here are great. I held a unit in anticipation of storing items for an international relocation. I later realised I didn’t need the space and my booking fee was reimbursed. The manager, Martin was excellent: Proactive and managed the whole process with ease.

Excellent!! The access is off the street, fully secured and registered to my account so there is a record of all access in to the lock up from carpark through to the specific storage building. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the storage and even after a rather messy user left half their shipping container over the forecourt, it was removed by the next day when I visited again. Parking is ample and trolleys are well allocated so never needed to wait. I would highly recommend over others in the area. 24 hour access IS AS STATED!!!!

Excellent storage at very good rates, but more importantly the staff here are first class. It is refreshing to deal with a team who really are interested in customer service and do it to an impeccable high standard. Would give more stars if I could. Highly recommended.

Clean and secure facility, with 24 access. Charges are ‘okay’, competitive. They add insurance as an extra charge. One big negative is the time it takes to check in. It’s easier to get married than take a unit here. The paperwork takes 20 minutes so allow this if you are in a rush. Every aspect is explained in painstaking detail, I suggest optimise this process. I had to wait nearly half hour just to get seen. In total nearly an hour in total, loading the unit took 10 minutes. We’re putting old junk in a locker, not rewriting the Magna Carta. The staff are friendly and diligent, just shooting them selves in the foot with the over the top unnecessary paperwork.

Ok ish. Visited on a sunday and the staff where not very helpful plus the door was locked when it should have been opened. I tried to find a box to put my sfoot scooter in but no such luck. I then visit on the Monday the staff then where more helpful. I bought some boxes and had to improvise to make the boxes big enough for my scooter.
