Great location and good facilities, however what makes this place even greater is the 5* service offered by the store manager Mike. I have been a client for a number of years and every time I have ever had a question or needed any help Mike has always been there to help. His customer service skills are excellent and always offered with a smile and and a sense of humour. Thank you ever so much!

It was my first time needing a storage facility and my experience with this one has been smooth sailing. Mr. Mike, the store manager, is a lovely fella that has helped made the move in and out, buttery smooth. The storage is not open 24/7 but they have more than reasonable opening and closing hours. You can come and go as you please during those hours, no questions asked. There's a lift and multiple trolleys that can be used. They also provide locks at a reasonable price and storage boxes. I will be using them again for sure if I will require storage in the near future. Thank you, Access Self Storage Tower Bridge.

Great location for us and very helpful receptionist - Erica who has gone out of her way with the service provided. Only problem is the entrance to the site is via a car gate, there is no specific pathway for pedestrians from the main road making it difficult for disabled customers to get in and out safely when sharing the entrance with moving cars and vans.

The service was amazing, and the staff were super helpful. I moved storage lockers and accidentally left something behind in a previous locker. The staff went above and beyond to reunite me with my missing item. I was really impressed with the level of service, I had to change the locker size on my first day, and they changed that seamlessly for me. I'm really impressed and would use again and recommend.

Great experience at Access Tower Bridge., Mike the Store Manager was super friendly., helpful and on hand for any information. Would definitely use this site purely based on being treated like a customer which is rare nowadays. It’s easy to load/unload and there are trolleys and lift to easily get your items to your faculty. Super secure as cameras and alarms are monitoring the hallways.

I hired a personal storage locker with these guys for the last few months and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. The website was very clear and accurately depicted the size of the locker, I phoned the location multiple times as I had questions and every time the customer service was impeccable and gave me the answer I needed promptly. I have used Access Self Storage on Willow Walk London more than once -and will say that their service and facilities are superb. Their management responded immediately when I had an urgent request - helping me out of a difficult situation, and I will be forever thankful.

I once arrived just before closing in a panic they would turn me away with all my belongings. There was one member of staff Alecia who welcomed me with a smile and gave me the time I needed. I did not expect to get that kind of response but she was highly professional, kind but most of all understanding.
