Staff is helpful and they seem they know what they are doing. Prices are average, they compete with any well-known self-storage. Probably housekeeping is something that could improve on as many people leave their boxes and pallets in the way for hours but I guess it is not the staff’s fault

Great prices, good communication and convenient locations (Just off M1, A5 & A406). Opened an account easily and started loading shortly after. Only in my 1st month of the contract, will update my experience towards 8-12months in. Would be a nice benefit if they allowed 24hr access, have paid extra for late access which allows entry until 11pm.

I had an extremely stressful situation happening in my storage: my client had access to their belongings and spilled a paint bucket whilst I was not on site. The team at Big Yellow Staples Corner handled the situation extremely professional - contacted me right away, sent me photo evidence and made sure that cleaners can gain access. They showed extreme understanding and care handling my situation. We managed to clean everything in time without any damage and that's mainly because of the guys mentioned above. I only stored some items for a week, but they were really friendly and helpful and generally made the process really straight forward. They were able to accept a delivery for me and store some items in the loading area for someone to collect whilst I wasn't there. Only issue was with getting after hours access - the process wasn't made clear and meant I didn't have access when I thought I did.

Big yellow is my favourite storage place ever. Because most of them have big lifts and Big trolleys and spacious corridors. And most importantly the best customer service. Unfortunately, when I was there last 2 weeks ago at the Staples Corner Branch, 2 main lifts were out of order. But there was a gentleman called Steve from the customer service helped me through from the very beginning and till the end. He showed me where is the 3rd lift located and the best way to get to it. I never knew there is a 3rd lift in that premises. Steve is not only professional but also friendly and extremely helpful. My move went smoothly after all. Thank you.

Very helpful staff, clean storage. The storage units are in a covered hangar, but they lack ceiling themselves. They only have a mesh on top of every unit. Not a big deal, but I'd like a bit more for my stuff to be covered from the top, too. Generally, very pleased.

I'm a newbie to storage and they talked me through it all, with coffee yay, so very smooth experience. I'd reserved a space but then got worried it wasn't big enough so popped along to see the rooms and pay so move in date went well. Well worth checking in online before moving in... very simple to do. As i don't have a car it meant a bus or cab from brent cross station but service made up for that.

I used a storage room for first time in my life. I searched online and I called many companies for four days in a row. I asked for prices and terms of agreement. The prices are similar but you can't find flexible conditions (at least I didn't find) like those offered by Big Yellow Self Storage Staples Corner. The people are kind, respectful, professional and very pretty (I have dealt with Rishani-italian princess and Vaiva-russian zdorovaya zhenshchina).
