I have not been the easiest of customers. With all my different issues regarding this move. But when the day finally arrived and it was time for me to move. Yet another hitch came up. Jon was so helpful as the property I was purchasing could not complete on the same day. His staff came to pack my home up and put it into storage. Until I have a date for completion. The service I received was excellent. All the 4 guys were very Pleasant and treated my home with the utmost care. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone that need a removal company. I sign off saying thank you for the service you gave me it was very much appreciated. I remain. What an absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Janos has been moving and storing furniture around London for years, and it shows - he and his team were experienced, professional, friendly, punctual and went the extra mile for us every time. We used their packing and storage services as well as removals - and every step of the way we got a flawless service. The contrast with the absolute cowboys we watched moving (and often breaking) our sellers' stuff as they left the house before we moved in was stark - I was so grateful I'd chosen Easyshift! We used Easyshift for our move from Crouch End to Nottingham. I found their service to be exceptional throughout. To start with, our house chain was very hard work with moving dates changing all the time and uncertainty over whether we would need storage etc. Jon was very flexible and patient and presented me with a very reasonable quote, which we ultimately selected. Prior to moving day we were given boxes and useful wrapping materials which took away the worry of our fragile items getting smashed. On moving day itself, Janos and team were highly efficient. All neatly loaded into the truck within 3 hours and then unpacked on the other end within 1 hour. The whole team was courteous and professional and I don't think I could have asked for a better service.

I work for Islington Council and for the past 6 years our team used Easyshift for all our removals. They Are extremely professional, have excellent customer service skills, very polite and are experts in their field. They treat everyone with professionalism, respect and go the extra mile to ensure the move is done as smoothly as possible. We sometimes had removals where there was a risk to the recipient and to help with these cases Easyshift used an unmarked van without having to request it, no other removal company we used previously used this method to protect the recipient. The team would still be using Easyshift if it was up to us unfortunately management seem to think they know best but not us. I highly recommend Easyshift no job is too small or large they move out of London if need be, no one using Easyshift would be disappointed and the compliments we received from customers are proof of their professional manner in all that they do. Had a great experience with Easy shift. Jon went the extra mile to ensure we had a parking space outside the flat by dropping the van off a day early. On the day the guys moved our one bed flat possessions and furniture out in an hour and had it unloaded in the same time. On moving day, they had to disassemble and reassemble a couple of things like beds to get up small London staircases and through small doors and they did so expertly. Jon and Easyshift undertook my move whilst I was in Thailand.....Instructions given, the team moved in, packed my furnishings and safely delivered them to the designated storage space.
