From start to finish, Grays made our move go smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They were friendly (clearly a family business with pride in delivering the best service), careful and enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. Getting an estimate, booking in and making payment were all super easy. Their pricing was competitive with other London removalists.

Grays have moved us several times both within East London and out to the countryside north of London, packing on two of those occasions, and with items also going into their warehouse storage facilities (once for a few days and once for 6 months). They have done a terrific job on all occasions - items very carefully and quickly packed, furniture dismantled as necessary, and all items delivered with care, including a piano... We were able to access items in storage as well which was very helpful. All round great job from Robert and the team - would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing. We were moving from a cluttered flat across town with a baby, and these guys made it the calmest, most stress-free move I've ever experienced. Nothing was a problem for them. There are so many stressful elements to buying your first home (or any home), but thanks to Grays, the actual moving bit was not one of them. Robert and the guys were fantastic. We'd budgeted 4-5 hours for moving and they did it in 2 and a half. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We've no intention of moving again soon 😊, but I'd recommend them without hesitation.
