We used this company to ship our entire 3 bedroom household from London to Boston. Service was smooth from start to finish! On the first phone call I get all questions answered and had a very good feeling about them. Especially because they never once pushed me to use their business right away. When moving day came the movers showed up right on time. They very careful with how the handled lifting and moving boxes within our home. Anything that they felt could get damaged during the trip they took extra time to re-wrap it and fully cover it. Our sofa and chairs were wrapped with two layers so no dirt or dust would collect during the long journey. I'd like to point that this was one of the few times that the price never changed from the first quote. There is no per day, per hour, per gallon of fuel moving fee or any of that nonsense. It was a very customer friendly set up when it came to the rate plan. If you're living in the are and planning an international I can tell you from experience that this one business that will take the weight off your shoulders. Cheers.

Thanks to these movers our move which we were anticipating to be crazy expensive and chaotic turned out to be affordable and pretty organized actually. We were quite impressed. They listed all of our options our over the phone and in email. They (customer service) were very upfront about pricing and even ways we could save money. I took time reading what other customers had to say in their other locations in the states before finalizing any sort of payment. Once a few follow up questions were answered we proceeded with the move. A bit nervous in the beginning because payment was upfront but as the move progressed we began to feel much more at ease. The staff was easy to get a hold of when we needed them. They treated our things well and the info they gave us over the phone remained true for the whole move. Arrival was on the promised day, that made us smile :) The team they had in Chicago for our move in was very welcoming and professional. They made us feel right at home. Furniture was shifted around to our liking and our bed frame was put back together by one of the movers using a drill. We made it!! Thanks.

After getting 3 different quotes I carefully went over each option. At first I was leaning towards the most affordable option which was not this company but then I started thinking about past moving experience. Many times I've used very inexpensive movers in the past the quality was severely lacking. I didn't want to find myself in position with anything missing with a company that felt so so on rather than very confident with. That lead to chose the middle option. Not quiet as affordable as another company I called but not over priced either. I read their reviews on their Chicago locations and some reviews on yelp which made me feel much better about choosing them. Just as others have said in the past. This company is great at handling these detailed overseas moves. My move to South Florida ending up being just as good as I hoped.

I've moved many times in London but this was the first time moving out of London. A lot dodgy experiences in the past with movers changing rates, trying to put whatever they can in their favor. With this company having it's base in the U.S. and some good things said about them I felt good about having them handle my move. Rates were easy to make sense of. Everyone was nice over the phone and in person. I didn't have a lot I wanted to move so I went with their choice of using the less container load. It took over a month but that was mentioned before the move began and put in writing. Other than that detail the move to Florida turned out very good. Everything stayed good in shape.

This was one of the best moves I've had in years. Crazy because they had a much tougher job than regular local movers do but they still managed to make the process easy like a local move. The only real challenge was living out of a suitcase for 3 and a half weeks while everything was on it's way to Philadelphia. Not complaining because for shipping to the States, the rates were great!! Everything arrived and I didn't have to go to a place to pick up or anything. All the way from London right to my new apartment. The movers were cool about putting boxes where I wanted them and switching around furniture until I felt it was in the right spot. This was a long ordeal but a move done right.

The first mover was with a great crew of hard working gents that showed up right on time and got me out of my apartment in under an hour. The second was an equally strong crew. A bit quieter than the first but stayed focus and didn't take off until I felt everything was in it's place. They confirmed with me that everything arrived safe and sound with no damage. They opened a few boxes to show me to confirm that everything was still in great shape. Both moving teams gave great service and stress relief during a big transition. The customer service department followed up with me the evening after I moved in to make sure I was happy with the service. Everyone did their job well and made sure this was an easy, understandable move for me.

Finding an international moving company in London that has experience and history of happy customers... you'd have better luck finding a needle in a haystack. Our move almost didn't happen because we weren't comfortable paying a company thousands of dollars without a proven track record of success. A friend who was helping us look for options found I Love International. We really got lucky with this company. Pricing was very easy to understand for such a complex thing. It was set up as an all inclusive flat rate without any changes. We had spent so much time trying hunt down movers that we barely got around to packing. When we found out that they offer full service packing too.... we spoiled ourselves a bit with that. It was literally door to door service form London all the way to our new place in Manhattan. Quite the journey but it would not have been possible and nowhere near as smooth without having this company handle the details. Good Value!

I've always hated moving. I realized mostly because I've always had a so-so to negative experiences with late arrivals, cancellations and broken fragile items. Working with this company and getting me situated from London to Chicago gave me a second opinion on moving general. Their are some good movers out there if you look hard enough. I also now know that searching for the absolute cheapest price can come back to haunt you during a move. I love international wasn't the most affordable but the got the job done better than any moving business I've given money to before. The taught me a thing or two about dealing with customs and watched over my carrier while it was on the way. They treated me very well and gave me a vibe that they cared a lot that my move went very well. Typing this review from my new home with no stress at all about this move.

Long Move over to Miami from Uk but I love International stayed focus on the job and didn't let me down.. ever! Lots of good things written about them but that doesn't mean mistakes don't happen. I wasn't expecting such a good move but obviously very happy I got it. Movers demonstrated some great skills getting me moved out quickly and smoothly. Management showed that they knew how to handle a transition through customs and made sure everything was in order for proper clearance. Zero issues and lots of communications.

My brother needed help planning out his move to the states for a new job he landed. He didn't have the first clue how this was going to work. At first we were thinking just started fresh and buy things there. Then after some thought we both agreed it would be best to bring the basics. Bed frame, dresser.....pricier furniture. I love international was the nicest and most down to earth over the telly. They helped us a plan out and budget the move within reach. As a gift to my bro I helped pay for the move.
