Robert and his colleague Darryl provided an excellent service. They were polite and professional with a positive can-do attitude. It was a tricky job that involved lifting a huge heavy American Fridge Freezer up a narrow set of stairs and a slim hall way. Robert was extremely careful, insuring no damage was caused to the item or any of the property. I will definitely be using his service again and would 100% recommend him to others!

I booked Robert for a office move so there was plenty of heavy lifting, he came with a colleague and they were fantastic. It was a big job but Robert arrived early, set himself up and was ready to start moving by 9am, he took instruction really well, was professional and efficient and completed the job in 3 hours. Robert and his colleague have been amazing!!! Very good communication all the way through. I had to contact him very early (6am) to talk about the job which has to take place earlier that expected and he has been very responsive (even at 6am). He turned up on time and managed to move out and move in 2 huge and heavy American fridge though the window. It was a very difficult and delicate task but he made it brilliantly!!! He has been very professional and efficient. Also very careful and respectful with our home. And very kind and friendly. I will have to move other stuff in the future and I will definitely call Robert again. It’s good to have the peace of mind that you can rely on someone really professional that you can trust. I cannot praise and recommend Rob and his colleague enough. They were friendly, polite, punctual, communicative and extremely careful and respectful of our home and belongings. They went above and beyond to move a VERY heavy fridge freezer up to our second floor flat, having to take the door off in the process, and got it installed without a scratch. They really knew their stuff and you can tell they have a lot of experience which is so reassuring. All this was done at the end of the day when I’m sure they were tired - but were in such good spirits they were an absolute pleasure to be around. I had an American style fridge freezer that I needed delivered down a narrow flight of stairs, with 7 steps. Two big name companies (AO and Currys refused to do it). Rob has been very professional on this job from start to finish - he and his colleagues got the job done in no time. I had ordered the latest LG American Fridge Freezer without thinking about how to get it into my small flat on a second floor of a maisonette, with very narrow doorways and a very awkward and tight staircase. The delivery company just left it outside, blocking the entrance, and informed me that it would be almost mission impossible to get it up through the staircase without causing damage. I posted a job on Airtasker and not many people fancied it, having explained the details and time requirements, but Robert responded and I knew from his profile and customer reviews that he would be the man to get me out of this crisis, if there was any. Somehow communicating with Robert had restored some hope that this might get resolved. Timing was an issue as I needed someone to to come asap, and due to the hectic situation I was in, I didn’t book the job on time and Robert had already accepted another one. My heart sunk when he informed me that he could only come late in the evening, after he would finish a job he was heading to at the time. However, he understood my dilemma and took it upon himself to re-arrange his appointments and made me a priority. I later learnt that he managed to prioritise his workload and kept all his customers informed and satisfied with the new arrangements. He kept me aware of developments throughout and when he arrived, he got straight to work but by then, it was already dark and there was no light outside the apartments block. He began to dismantle the fridge in freezing cold conditions with just his mobile phone’s light, and then encountered many issues as this was a new model that he didn’t work on before, so I could see he was learning on the fly. My worry was that he would give up after spending almost an hour but he never did. He kept on going when i’m sure most people would have called it a day and left. Eventually, he managed to resolve all the technicalities and dismantled the fridge to my huge relief, but that wasn’t the end of the story. Because I had pressured him to come at very short notice, he had already informed me that his colleague would arrive late as he was on another job (probably covering the jobs that Robert had to re-arrange), so we were faced with the challenge of getting heavy parts up the stairs just by himself, as I have a bad back and can’t lift anything. I won’t go into too much detail, but he guided me on on how to support him take all the heavy yet fragile components up a very narrow and awkward staircase, making sure that I was alright the whole time, not to mention all that heavy weight falling on just himself. What made the situation worse was that by that time, the neighbours had started coming into the block, so we had had to manoeuvre accordingly and redo the work multiple times. He was patient and accommodating throughout. Once inside my flat, it only took him 5 minutes to put the fridge back together and I just couldn’t believe he pulled off what seemed to be a lost cause and a mission impossible. What struck me about Robert was his genuine personality and true character, when I felt he truly understood and cared about my situation and really did everything he could to resolve the challenges that he encountered (and there were many), showing great skills and problem solving nous. I sensed it wasn’t just about doing a job for him but helping a fellow human being out of a real crisis. He understood what was at stake and stuck with the job and myself for a few hours, as if he was a close friend I’d known for years and not just someone I hired for help only a few hours earlier. I can go on about Robert’s professional, technical and human qualities, but at times words cannot do enough justice to describe or praise someone, so hopefully recounting an actual event may have captured a glimpse of Robert's characteristics, competence and personality. He truly showed me that he is an amazing human being first, and an accomplished professional second, especially in this day and age; a credit to his profession and an asset to humanity. Thank you Robert!

The team at Pro Elite are hard-working, professional and diligent. My moving job turned out to be a bit bigger than we all expected, but the team had no complaints and saw it through to its conclusion. Finding removers can be really hard because you never know if you’re being quoted fairly and accurately, and it’s hard to be sure they’ll get the job done and look after your things. Well, you can trust Pro Elite on all those matters, and I wouldn’t have any qualms recommending them. My only small complaint was that if anything they were *too careful* when packing my things up, which meant the packing part of the job took a bit too long and left less time for removal. So much care was put into the smallest of things (like individually wrapping herbs and spices pots!). In reality, some better judgement about what was really valuable could have been applied so that there was more time and attention to look after and move the big, important, expensive stuff carefully. Having said that, if you’re looking for very careful movers you have come to the right place. Thank you to the team - great job! And I am now happily unpacked in my new house 🏡 🙌🏼
