M. W.I would definitely use this company again. The customer service was excellent - both friendly and efficient. All my questions were answered in detail and replies came back quickly. On moving day, the team blitzed the move and were very careful with all our items. We left a huge picture for them to pack on site and it was a joy to see them wrap it professionally, safely and in no time with the materials they brought with them in their removal van. We had the need to put our belongings in storage until works in our new home were finished. So I found it a definitive plus that there was an option for storage and then delivery at a later, chosen date. It is a great relief to have such friendly and trustworthy help at hand at a time of potentially high stress. Thank you to the whole team.

The movers were incredibly careful with our belongings and everything arrived and was put into place perfectly. They consistently went the extra mile, including disassembling and reassembling our barbecue (on the fly) to get it in the back garden. 100% hire these guys before anyone else. Their pricing is also straight forward and easy to understand and I didn’t have to comb through pages of terms and conditions and fill in a bunch of paperwork. I. Q.I used this service a couple of years ago and only last month did I finally finish doing business with this lovely company.
Firstly, they are great communicators, fitting around your every need and want when it comes to moving or storing things that belong in a home they understand courtesy and respect for your property. Not a single break of fragile things, not a single thing left forgotten and every picked up/packed up on time and delivered/unloaded too. Very efficient and very professional.
Secondly, the employees that work with this company are all experienced and friendly, doing things the way that you ask of them and in the manner that befitted their great quality of service.
Your inventory and your home is safe in the hands of this company. A service I'll be happy to use in the future.
P. J.I cannot fault the guys from Removals and Storage at all. They were quick and efficient, loaded everything with care, nothing at all is damaged in transit and they were really polite and friendly too. I would definitely recommend using them for a move and I’ve recommended them to friends as well. We ended up having more boxes than we originally thought but they didn’t increase the cost or anything and the van was big enough anyway. 10/10 would recommend.
S. M.I normally do not leave feedback but this company went way beyond what was expected of them. Staff were efficient, courteous and when we managed to fill both of the vehicles supplied due to US underestimating the amount we had to move, another van and extra staff arrived within 30 minutes to assist. N. J.The removals team, despite invoicing on an hourly basis, worked fast and efficiently. I had done most of the packing but they completed the work, having to dismount some big furniture and put it back together at destination. The admin was great too: I asked for a rescheduling and it was done easily, and after all this it turned out I had somehow not paid the deposit beforehand. I am pleased with their performance and would definitely recommend them.

These three wonderful people arrived with a helpful attitude and removed all of the stress from what I thought was going to be a horrible day. They were very careful to ensure everything was picked up and moved without even a scratch. I’d hire them again in an instant myself and cannot recommend them enough to anyone considering using them. They were brilliant: turned up bang on time each day, worked solidly throughout, and got everything done within the 2 days promised. And they went the extra mile - e.g. dismantling a guinea pig hutch that would not go through a door and then rebuilding it at the other end. They were also all unfailingly pleasant to us and our children. Fantastic.

N. m.I’ve been very impressed with the service from Removals and Storage Experts LTD; the initial enquiry and quote was provided within an hour and we booked a 3-man team and Luton van to remove goods from my home in the Cheshire, to their storage facility. All communication throughout has been superb. The removals team were so polite, friendly and very thorough. They were highly professional and took great care loading some very heavy and fragile items from a very difficult location (my home is on a busy A road with no parking or vehicular access). Moving home is incredibly stressful and I cannot thank the team enough for the care they’ve taken, allowing me to have peace of mind. I'm delighted that their guys and the whole process of removing my home into storage exceeded my expectations. They were very professional, courteous and most importantly took great care of my things to ensure they weren't damaged in any way. I had wrapped most items myself over about 3 days but even this wasn't up to their high standards, so they kindly added further wrapping and protection where necessary. When we arrived at my friend's store everything was off loaded and put away very carefully, making sure my possessions would not be damaged when stored and boxes were places so I would know what was in them.
