Stored items here a couple of times now. The process has always been very smooth and easy. Friendly and helpful staff, and always felt confident my belongings are safe and secure. Good value especially if storing for a short amount of time (4-8 weeks). They have changed now so you can only access items during their store opening hours (the first time I stored, I could access out of hours with my fob, which was very useful) but maybe this will change again post Covid.

Very clean storage and the member of staff were very helpful. A member of staff called Justin answer the phone when I called and he was very helpful, polite and gave me all the info and instructions I needed to sort out my storage. And then on the same day I came to the Safestore to bring all my stuff and a lovely girl called Jordan registered me and helped me with everything . The best customer service experience I’ve had This is after using the competition based on the other side of the road. The rates are reasonable and premises are in good order. It’s safe and well lit with working security cameras. I would recommend this facility over other branches in the same area and against similar companies.

Very helpful. Good location. Lots of parking space. No extra charges for when you need to print something, or when you need to use pump truck, unlike some other places. Looked around for the available storage options last year and found safestore chingford to be the best one and have been coming here as needed since then.

Booked my first storage unit with these guys, therefore wasn’t aware how the whole process works. Arrived there on the day with my sofa, but the office was already shut. Thankfully one of the representatives, Scott, was still there but was just about to leave. He was really helpful and reopened the whole office just to do the registration with me and enable me to move in. I explained that I had no other time to do the move and had now rented a van so would be stuck otherwise. He was really helpful and stayed behind late on Guy Fawks night just to help me out! He didn’t rush the process even though it was late and explained how everything works in detail and really clearly. Great customer service!

Even when I left they were even courteous and timely about closing my account. I dare say I will use them again in the future When I need a storage solution again.
