S. B.My first experience of using a storage company, the place is clean and bright, the units are of different sizes, I was shown around told how the site operates all very helpful, paperwork was quick and simple to complete, overall excellent.

Thanks to Ally to whole process was easier then expected, she has answered all of my questions and provided fantastic customer service over the phone. While James and Aqsa provided the same level of fantastic customer service in store, without their help my experience would have been much worst. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to store you things, amazing prices with the best customer service in London. I'm looking forward to using your services in the future.

A. B.My father has been renting a storage unit for his business for a while from Brent Cross branch, he has had amazing experience every time. I was going to give it a 4 stars because of the fact of one member of staff who every time my father goes to visit he tries to avoid this member of staff because he is so rude and always has a grumpy attitude that staff member is the caretaker, we do not know his name, he is a short grumpy man. However, don't take away from the fact the rest of the staff are amazing. Joe has been amazing, as well as the other staff, trolleys always available we even find pallets outside which we are allowed to take for free because other do not need them helps us save a few quids from moving our stuff. I wish to stay anonymous. I would 100% recommend the store to others.

J. W.We had a great experience at Safestore Staples Corner on Sunday 24 November 2019. Everyone we'd spoken to over the phone in the lead up to putting our belongings into storage was very helpful, but on the day Atif was our hero. Not only was he super friendly, but he went out of his way to help by staying late so that we could set up 24hr access and thus finish moving. I really don't know what we would have done if he hadn't been willing to go above and beyond. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.
