We had a very positive experience with the company. We were very desperate in looking for a unit since 72 hours before our move-in, we were informed that we will be placed in a smaller unit. The staff was very patient and assuring with me even though I sound panicky. They explained the details clearly and even willing to repeat everything for me. They were willing to help all the way. The transaction went smooth as silk. They have complete accessories for your storing needs. Lastly and more importantly, They have the most competitive prices with-in the area. Hands down to their experience. Would highly recommend Ranj for job well done.

First and foremost the deal I was given was the best around. I’d been with Shurguard for 4+ years and they hiked the rate up every year by £50 or there abouts. It was heading to be over £400 which I’m not prepared to pay considering that I’d never missed a payment. There wasn’t any slack given through lockdown so I looked elsewhere and was offered the same space/size room for a locked rate for a year, close to half of what I’d been paying. The gentleman there at Safestore was indeed just that, a gentleman, very helpful to the point that when my sofa wouldn’t fit because of an angle being too tight to get the beast in the room he found another room with better access and stayed on beyond closing time so that I could get all my unused belongings packed away safely. A top man, Kamarl apologies if I have misspelled his name but all in all good storage space at a very reasonable price with excellent service from Safestore. I recommend them highly👍🏻

Easy to access and clean, simple and safe storage. Sign-up was a bit difficult I believe due to covid measures complicating things, but sign-out couldn't have been easier. Prices decent (most storage facilities around offer the same kind of pricing and price match deals), better than zone 1/2

I didn't expect to get such a personalised experience with using a company like Safestore. We needed a storage unit during our move, but had a lot of confusion about when we'd need the space and exactly for how long. Ranj went above and beyond to make it such an easy experience. As our move kept getting pushed back, Ranj (and Josie) took care of everything, and proved to be a real source of support during a pretty stressful time. We needed secure storage at very short notice.... step in Safestore!! I spoke to the head office and was expertly advised about options, prices and availability. The Wandsworth branch was nearest and happy to let me look around the space before booking. They couldn't have been more helpful with sorting the contract out and getting us settled in. The communication via inquiries to the store and service was fine and friendly and the customer service personnel 'Albert'was very helpful in setting up and settling in the unit. However, what I did not welcome was the managers insistence that I be photographed and claimed that it was for security purposes. With passport already containing photo identity and address reference I fail to see how an extra photograph would be needed for security. I was in a hurry to take back a hire van at the time and it was not until afterwards the realisation of how offensive it is to be pressured to be photographed became apparent. In a world of facial recognition and identity theft, a persons photo graphical image is of great importance. Therefore unless the requirement of my photograph can be fully justified I would like to request its total removal and use in any form including promotion, advertising, referencing or being shared by third parties. Once in the system, one can allocate any friend or family to access their unit at any time thus making an extra photo rather pointless. Thank You
