I can’t recommend Spring Box enough. The booking was easy and the quote reasonable. The guys we had on the day, Michael and Mark, really went above and beyond. We moved from a 3rd floor flat with no lift, and I didn’t hear a single comment or complaint about the amount of stairs. They were cheerful, polite and friendly. The guys dismantled and moved large items, such as wardrobes, ottoman bed, sideboard and bookcases. They then speedily reassembled these items at the new house and nothing was damaged. They took care not to mark any walls or carpets in our newly decorated property. I booked them as my cousin had a great experience with Spring Box 2 years ago and I’m happy to report that the standards are still high.

We hired Spring Box to move our 1 bed flat’s worth of belongings from Canary Wharf to Greenwich, based on good reviews and competitive pricing. Michael and Adi arrived on time and were incredibly polite, professional and friendly. They came prepared and worked hard, insisting that we sit back and relax in the meantime, which we really appreciated. They honestly made moving a breeze and I would 100% recommend them.

Update: Have used Springbox a total of 4 times so far - they have been exceptional every time, have moved furniture, disassembled and reassembled beds, helped us move around furniture in the house, and were always friendly and busy throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend, excellent company and team. Lupche and his team did a great job moving us from a house into a flat and storage, with Kyle organising (and able to make some last minute changes to timings for us). Arrived on time, did everything we asked quickly including moving mattresses, cots, beds, bookshelves, a tumble dryer and lots of boxes (including disassembly/assembly as required and helping pack and move the remaining bits we hadn’t quite gotten to). Would not hesitate to recommend - I got a recommendation which made me aware of them - and will be using them again in future.

Absolutely fantastic service from Springbox. Really took the stress out of moving and worth every penny. We had someone come to pack up the day before and then a team of movers in on moving day. Beds, tables etc assembled on the moving day also. All boxes put in the correct rooms and labelled with contents. Not a single breakage or any damage at all. Then a phone call and prompt visit from the team to collect all the boxes and packaging once we had unpacked. I would definitely recommend Springbox and would use them again.

I was so impressed with the service received. The two removal men were very professional and cleared out our flat (on the 4th floor of a building) very efficiently. They moved items in stages, ensuring that items weren’t left unattended in corridors or in an open van etc. They took good care of fragile items and unpacked the other end in just as an efficient manner.

Moving house is a traumatic experience under the best of circumstances, but Spring Box managed to take most of the stress out of it by doing everything they said they would, professionally, on time and for a very reasonable price. They came at the agreed time to measure up, they sent the quote as promised the next day, they came in on time to pack, very professionally, and to load; and they arrived at the destination on time. Unloading the van, unpacking the furniture, leaving it in the right place, and clearing out all the packing materials was completed ahead of schedule. I needed storage for 2 months as I was going away between moving flats. Such an easy process with Kyle & the team from the first moment I contacted them, informing me of the process, pick up and payment. The value for storage is insane and much easier process than when I have used some of the 'other' local storage companies where the hidden fees rack up and are substantial. Turned up and Kyle picked up every item and loaded the truck within 5 minutes and for retrieving the storage they returned and unloaded with just 3 days notice. Outstanding service and friendly manner goes a long way when handling all your possesions!

Tucker and his team helped us with our small office move. Tucker was very helpful and guided us through the entire process. We had a hiccup, caused by late delivery of furniture, which meant we had to rearrange our move at very late notice. Tucker was incredibly accommodating rescheduling the move for us and kindly offered various solutions to try and mitigate the issues we faced even though the late delivery was nothing to do with them. His team are very professional and do a great job. The move was completed very quickly and the whole process was painless.

The furniture for storage was all wrapped to protect the furniture and any piece that could possible get bumped was shrink wrapped.
