Stephen and his team turned up today to move our Steinway Grand Piano. They carried out the task in a professional manner and were polite and respectful. A job well done. Everything went as planned from the first telephone call to the finished move. Do not hesitate to use them they are true professionals.

Fantastic: unparalleled professionals, polite and punctual! Stephen and his colleague Steve were very communicative, we quickly found a convenient slot for them to pick up and deliver the piano and I was kept in the loop throughout. Watching them at work, I was super impressed by how smoothly and professionally they got the piano in and into position. They have a lot of experience and I was very glad to have engaged a pair who know what they are doing as moving a piano is not a trivial thing! I certainly know where I'll be going when I next need to move a piano again!

I would give SW Pianos 100 stars if I could. I rang them on Thursday after two other sets of removers said the move was 'impossible' and the house must have been 'built around' the piano, and they have just successfully installed it in its new home just three days later. They were simply wonderful and knew exactly what they were doing. They were willing to spend the time doing what might be seen as a tricky job (though actually they made it look effortless and were done earlier than they said). I cannot recommend SW Pianos highly enough! They were very friendly, professional and efficient. Absolutely incredible.

I've used SW Piano Movers twice and they are simply wonderful. Highly experienced, great communication and all in all a fantastic team. Most recently they had to get me out of a disastrous situation when the removal company moving house were unable to move the piano into the new property despite saying they were experienced piano movers. Steve & Steve were on time, early actually, and had the piano dismantled loaded, unloaded and assembled within less than two hours, including a 15min drive and additional moving of a sofa and chair from upstairs. Very polite, careful and knowledgable. I was able to get some advise on do's and don'ts of my grandma's baby grand piano. Would definitely use again.Very reasonable.

Very, very impressed. Stephen and his colleagues did a fabulous job moving our baby grand piano round some very awkward corners and down some steep steps out of the house. I was quite worried that we would not get the piano out successfully, remembering how difficult it had been to get in 15 years ago, but Stephen and his team made it look easy! I was particularly impressed with the care they took of our PVC door frame, building a platform outside from planks, blocks, ramps and axle stands. Stephen and Steve were brilliant at dealing with a slightly unusual piano holder on castors, as well as navigating a rather tricky building site to get the piano into place. Brilliant business! Every step of the delivery was carefully and throroughly planned. Communication was effective and response time immediate, even on weekends and after business hours. This was the delivery of an organ from Poole all the way up to Scotland, which went horribly wrong as it turned out that the organ was not what it was meant to be at all. Stephen immediately informed me of the situation and tried his utmost to find the best solution and also gave me the time and opportunity to make last minute arrangements to sort something out. After a few panicky phone calls to various specialists and experts it turned out that the organ was not an organ at all, only a console and practically worthless. This meant that I had to cancel the delivery which was an inconvenience to Stephen as he had planned to collect another piano on the way and therefore had offered me a reduced price! He now had to pay for the organ to be disposed of instead. After all of this carry-on, Stephen even offered me a refund, which I had not asked for and did not expect, as none of this was his fault!!! Absolutely fantastic customer service and very fair - would highly recommend! 👍🏻☺️
