The user experience we received in opening a storage space from the branch manager was excellent. The exact location was a bit difficult to reach but was not a problem after the clear explanation by the branch manager, Bhupen. The storage facilities is modern and satisfactory. I understand this is located in a parking lot in busy London Chinatown and it may be difficult to keep the place spotlessly clean. But if the cleanliness of the place can be further improved, this place is simply heavenly.

Ive been really impressed with this storage company so far. The site manager has been really attentive to make sure I knew what to do at each stage of the process. He was very friendly and arranged a video call to show me what to do the day before I was due to move my stuff in as it’s unmanned on the weekend so he wanted to make sure I knew what to do and where to go so it would run as smoothly as possible for me. He even gave me a call on the Saturday that I moved in to make sure everything was okay and I didn’t have an issues. I booked a 10ft storage container and it was like a wide telephone box - I fitted the entire contents of my bedroom in it and was really impressed with how much stuff the space could hold. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Bhupen Sheth and his team have gone the extra mile to make our stay the best it possibly could have been. From the first day we took over our unit they were so helpful and in this current climate, their adherence to social distancing has to be commended. There are signs all over the storage spaces reminding us about the 2 metre rule, and also an abundance of hand sanitising stations. I felt really safe throughout my visit to the unit today. The branch is located nicely in Chinatown and is just a few minutes walk away from Picadilly Circus Station. The facilities itself is very safe and secure, as it has many safety features such as CCTVs and alarms. You also have to enter your own personal passcode to enter the facility which gives it that extra security. The service itself is also great, I had to book for a storage space in advance a few days prior and had all my inquiries answered by the branch manager. The branch manager was very friendly and hospitable, and was able to inform on all the necessary details about the storage fees, terms and conditions, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend Vanguard Self-Storage Soho to anybody seeking a reliable self-storage centre in the area.

Right off Shaftesbury Ave, behind the Soho Fire Station, inside China Town, with 59 mins of free parking and a very helpful and informative Vanguard staff Bhupen Sheth and Alastair Allman, we as a company couldn't have asked for a better package deal. Like us, very few people know about this gold mine as Vanguard has setup this branch quite recently. I'd urge businesses in the vicinity to go have a a look, meet them and assess for yourselves!
