Fantastic service from the team. Steve, Ben and Alistair were extremely helpful and made the moving process very easy. Very friendly and welcoming staff, and they have answered all my questions and showed me the units around before deciding on the size that would fit best for my needs. They also have high quality moving supplies (boxes, bubble wrap etc). Student discount was definitely a plus! I would highly recommend this place, and will continue to use their services in the future. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Wow, what an exceptional quality of service! Steve and the team have been incredibly understanding plus solution focused to make it easier for me when facing challenges from abroad. They offered to move my belongings to a smaller unit which helps me a lot financially and took care of everything quickly. They also offered to help me pack 6 large bags into boxes to move my belongings from London to Belgium through an international mover and also provided me with information to find a great company. They truly took a weight off my shoulders and I am truly grateful for their services. I know my belongings are safe at their storage and under good hands. I've been searching for a storage unit close to home, at a reasonable price. Vanguard offers a great price and other great offers. Steve from vanguard Victoria has been accommodating to my needs. He reserved the unit I wanted for as long as needed until I was ready to start moving things in. When I arrived to move my item, Steve helped me to take them to my unit. After all the payment and paperwork had been completed, he made sure I tested how to get in and out of the facility to ensure I don't have any difficulties on my own. Vanguard is the storage facility to use. They offer clean and bright buildings, accessible parking which is free for an hour and excellent services.

Great place to securely store your belongings with an ease of mind, in a superb location, great deals on prices and amazing staff. Right after the initial quote Steve has been very attentive to my concerns and enquires, helping me to have a smooth process and everything was straightforward with no hidden details. Nearly by the end of the contract my plans changed but they were very helpful to bring a solution so I don’t have to stress about it and enabling an easier option to pick my stuff up. I feel very valued as customer and I recommend this place 100%, plus, this must be the cleanest warehouse/storage facilites I’ve seen in a very long time!

I recently came across Vanguard which just so happened to be a stones throw away from where I live. I reserved a unit over the phone and came in on the day of the move and was greeted my Steve who swiftly sorted out all the paperwork and I was able to move in that same afternoon! Steve was extremely kind and was very transparent about the whole process including costs (which are extremely reasonable for SW1). I have now been using vanguard for nearly 2 weeks and the staff have been extremely helpful with getting my trolleys to unload my car and asking if I’m okay each time they see me. I will be using their facilities long term as I am limited for space at home and my storage unit is like a spare bedroom which helps massively with decluttering. The storage facility is extremely clean and you get a real sense of security inside as it is fully equipped with alarms and cameras. A real bonus for me is the late closing time of 8pm which allows me to pop by after work should I need to. I would highly recommend vanguard Victoria without hesitation and in particular Steve’s customer service!!

Steve the manager there was first class in customer service reserving my space for a number weeks in advance and ensuring the space required was fit for purpose. The fit out is like a hotel, super new and super nice with a modern front desk and high tech. All extremely secure with digital security pads ensuring only those allowed in, come in via sliding doors. CCTV everywhere and part of private car park complex so even more secure. Super impressed by Vanguard and highly recommend using them and they’re competitive on price too.

About the unit, the storage unit is very clean, well maintained and secure with digital codes. The move in was nice and easy. Reasonable prices to hire a space with an easy booking process, I’ve compared a few quotes from competitors and decided on Vanguard. It’s very easy to access the venue as well (there is a lift) and 8am-8pm access works for me. The space is well laid out so it's not a pain to access your room. There are trolleys to help move any awkward or heavy items, which is extremely helpful. I am planning to rent a unit here for at least many months, potentially years, without a doubt. Would highly recommend Vanguard Self Storage Victoria to anyone, and many thanks Steve for all your helps thus far!

The set up at Vanguard is very efficient and it's easy to use their services. The team there is extremely helpful to the point that Alistair was kind enough to help move some of my office items into the locker (socially distancing) as the van i hired was to tall to drive down. I'd not used Vanguard storage before today - Steve was on hand and had our trolley ready for us to get our suitcases from the car straight into a large locker just a few metres away. Super convenient and straightforward and more than enough space in a 'small' locker for several large suitcases, some bedding and space to spare. This is THE IDEAL storage space! It is clean, safe, expedient, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Steve was so professional and helpful, and I could not have asked for better customer service/location. Would 100% recommend this location to anyone, and I am so pleased to have found this place. The storage space is located inside a parking lot, so moving items is an extremely smooth, simple process--you can simply park right next to the storage area/ask your cab or Uber to drop you off right in front of the storage space. Security is amazing--there are CCTVs located everywhere, and the two-tier security system (the front gate to the parking lot and the passcode enabled door to the storage area) ensures safety. The space is clean and well ventilated. I heard they're building another wing for additional storage space, so excited about that too!
