Top storage facility in London, the location is fantastic. I have had all my university apartment items there for over a year now and it’s perfect to pop back in and sort through to find things every time I am back in London. Ryan who’s in the office all the time is extremely helpful and goes out if his way to make everything perfect, from changes in payment methods over to even arrange items to be stored/picked up remotely.

Great place right in central London! The storage place is stunning, very clean, new, great facility! Very useful to have the Carpark there too - very easy to access! They also had boxes, tapes, locks - everything I needed for the storage. Prices are very reasonable and great for central London. Arranging storage space with the team here at Vanguard was incredibly easy and stress-free. Truly happy about my experience with Vanguard W1. I had little notice to store my things and Ryan was extremely helpful. Explained the pricing and the size of units etc. During the time my 'stuff' was with Vanguard I was always greeted warmly and welcomingly by Ryan. I paid monthly so I felt like I was being chased but that was my own perception. Ryan was always there to help and serve. I can't recommend Vanguard W1 more highly. Of course its not the cheapest, its in W1!!! If thats what you're looking for may be check storage contractors in bedford, leicester, coventry or hull. I was content and I have no hesitation in saying you will be also.

Amazing service and very friendly staff. They helped with my storage at a very short period of time, and really appreciate the flexibility they are offering to make sure I have a secured unit. Clean and safe storage in Central London, I do highly recommend it. The only issue I had was the height restriction in the carpark, it didn't allow Luton vans to drive inside and park right outside the storage, but speak to the staff there and they are happy to offer solutions. Make sure to mention this to the man & van or removal companies too so they have an idea. It worked out fine for me with the loading, just took a little longer.

Helpful staff, reasonable rates for the location and the demand for storage in this central London area. It’s in an underground car park on level -3. Getting in and out requires some persuasion of taxi drivers but there’s a machine to validate the parking ticket and so long as the driver doesn’t have one of those silly big advertisement boards on his roof it’s not a problem.
