I have had all my university apartment items there for over a year now and it’s perfect to pop back in and sort through to find things every time I am back in London. Ryan who’s in the office all the time is extremely helpful and goes out if his way to make everything perfect, from changes in payment methods over to even arrange items to be stored/picked up remotely.

C. G.Helpful staff, reasonable rates for the location and the demand for storage in this central London area. It’s in an underground car park on level -3. Getting in and out requires some persuasion of taxi drivers but there’s a machine to validate the parking ticket and so long as the driver doesn’t have one of those silly big advertisement boards on his roof it’s not a problem.

They also provide you a key code that you can use in early and late hours to access storage.

Explained the pricing and the size of units etc. During the time my 'stuff' was with Vanguard I was always greeted warmly and welcomingly by Ryan. I paid monthly so I felt like I was being chased but that was my own perception. Ryan was always there to help and serve. I can't recommend Vanguard W1 more highly. Of course its not the cheapest, its in W1!!! If thats what you're looking for may be check storage contractors in bedford, leicester, coventry or hull. I was content and I have no hesitation in saying you will be also.

The only issue I had was the height restriction in the carpark, it didn't allow Luton vans to drive inside and park right outside the storage, but speak to the staff there and they are happy to offer solutions. Make sure to mention this to the man & van or removal companies too so they have an idea. It worked out fine for me with the loading, just took a little longer.

I came in at the start of my visit somewhat stressed, but she answered all my queries, and even helped give me some personal advise (my boyfriend cheated on me countless times and he had the audacity to kick ME out). Anyway, I didn't have anywhere to stay and all this extra stuff with no idea where to store it, but coming here really saved my life. Will definitely visit again!
