Great staff all around! My first time going to the storage site and I felt very comfortable upon entering. Luke especially was very helpful showing me the units and going through the process of obtaining a unit for myself. There are maps all around the facility so you won’t get confused, which is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!!

We thought this is a time to review this service after using it for last a few years. This place used to be very competitive in pricing ,easy to do business has now changed to a more of a like another storage for someone in desperate need with in M22. The prices have increased about 21% in 2 years. That means if you're agreeing a price for your unit ,then don't get surprised of a 10% in every year. We even got charged for leaving a shipment in the hallway for a few days where we seen many have used the same space for keeping items for months! If you're really in need of a place in M22 then this might be one because your options are limited otherwise it worth looking options for a long term unit It's a time for a new storage unit in the area to get the customers the benefit of a competitive business pricing.

This was my first time using Access Self Storage and I can honestly say it was a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. I only needed a storage room for a few days and had no idea what size to get or how to get the best deal. But after a quick phonecall with one of the employees I was set up with the best plan of action tailored to my specific needs at the cheapest price! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the units themselves were convenient to store and remove things from. I will certainly be using this service again if I ever have storage needs in Manchester.

Great location and great site. Love the fact that each unit has its own separate alarm system which you enable and disable with your unique keypad code on entry and exit. Just adds to your peace of mind that your items are safe in addition to the usual lock on the unit. Very clean, well run facility and the reception staff were friendly and responsive. Great to have drive-in bay areas when you have a lot to unload or load - made things much easier.

I've recently moved here from another storage business. The facilities are awesome. Drive in unload area, trolleys and cages always available, loading area always tidy and the team are always super helpful. Emma and her team are brilliant. If you need storage space, look no further. This is the best I've had for my business! Running a small business like mine and having these positive relationships really make life easy! Trust me, don't go looking at other units thinking you could save money or think it might be closer, they are competitive on price and you won't get better service! Big smiles from me!

We just wish to say how happy we were with the service. We always found the office staff very helpful and extremely professional. Moving can be so stressful and we felt very supported by Access storage. The unit was within easy access for the car and van and was centrally located in Manchester. We always found carts to do the shuffling of boxes. It’s a 10/10

On the day before the lockdown v helpful conversation with Lee helped us get our stuff out in time to avoid rental during the whole lockdown. I used this storage facility to place all of my contents for a few months. I can't speak highly enough of the customer service and complex. The staff were helpful and talked though all of the options and features of the storage. The site itself seems really safe, multiple locks and alarms and 24 he monitoring. They have lots of moving equipment and you can drive right inside to get out of the weather. Excellent and would definitely use again if ever needed.
