Really good experience with Nice Move, who I used because of their excellent reviews. The initial contact with the office was good, booking was very easy, there were a few things missed off the removal lads check sheet, but they called the office and dealt with it without a fuss. They really deserve a special mention - Aaron, Layton and the two Jordan’s, thank you for all your hard work, you made our move a lot less stressful and we both appreciated your professional service.

We were so impressed with Nice Move. Every aspect of the service was easy and hassle free. The office staff were pleasant to deal with and easy to get hold of. Our movers, Jordan (B and F), Daz, Andy, Earl, Ryan and Aaron could not have been more helpful, packing us up in good time for a smooth move on the day of completion, and when we arrived at our new house everything ended up where it was supposed to be. There wasn't a broken glass or cracked plate when we unpacked, all our pictures were nicely packaged and the chaps uncomplainingly lugged all the heaviest boxes up to the top floor with very good grace! Nice Move were recommended to us by friends, who had used them recently, and if I am ever asked for a suggestion will always recommend Nice Move!

Having moved quite a few times over the years, I have to say that my experience with Nicemove has to have been the best. Despite having a bit of a pain in terms of waiting for money to be transferred between banks, they were really pleasant lads and didn't make a slight issue about the wait. The Nice Move team did a great job of moving me from Timperley to Worcester this December. Saj in the office did a brilliant job of keeping the plates spinning (usual problem of not having exchange and completion dates confirmed with much notice!) and was a very sympathetic listener. The moving team, in particular Nathan, Jordan, Andy, Paul and Callum did a great job too. The packing was done really well and the challenge of moving all my stuff through narrow doors at the other end was also undertaken really well. All the boxes were clearly labelled. We used Nicemove at the end of March 2020. We were very well looked after by Jordan, Calvin and Ryan on the day and Saj booked us in and took care of payment and admin. They were professional, friendly and very hard working. We moved from a 3-bed terrace on a busy street to a property over 3 floors with spiral stairs and a kitchen on the first floor; not the easiest logistics but the team got the job done. When we arrived at our new house we were surprised to find that the previous owners hadn’t cleared out all of their furniture. The guys sorted this out for us by arranging for a colleague to come with an extra van to remove it with no hassle at all and we were very grateful for it. They talked us through every step of the process, gave us good advice and even assembled two beds at our new home. They were really polite to our new neighbours and moved the van to let one of them get their car out more easily. This was a relief as the last thing we wanted was to annoy our new neighbours on the day we moved in. It was 25 degrees on the day and the guys never slowed down. I was impressed with their professionalism and commitment to top quality customer service. Our 13-month old daughter really liked hanging out with them and she’s a very astute judge of character.

Exceptional service all the way, from booking until the last box was in our new home. We had a last minute scramble to find new movers after our completion date changed, and Saj was extremely helpful, moving heaven and earth to fit us in even though our completion date still wasn't 100% confirmed. We recently moved the contents of a three bed semi from Newton Heath to Cheadle with the help of Nice Move (specifically Nathan, Dylan, Josh and Pat). We did our own packing and the team got everything out of our old house and into the new place with care and precision. The team were clear about the process of the day and helped keep things ticking along without ever making us feel rushed or in the way (while we inevitably found bits still to pack!) They were also really handy for trouble shooting when there were unforseen issues (like there being no isolator for the washing maching inlet!) The team made sure we were clear on any additional costs relating to waiting time and got started on the unpacking while I ferried the keys around for our other property. I couldn't have asked for a better team to have helped us to move. It was like having a team of friends helping you for the day, with some fun banter and chat keeping you going on an inevitably long and busy day. The guys were fantastic! They organised the full packing service and move from a 5 bedroomed house with military precision (spot the navy influence) at very short notice. They were friendly, polite and professional, and approached the whole job with a real team spirit and good humour. The house we moved to has a steep front drive and a flight of steps before you get to the front door and they brought really heavy furniture up without a single complaint. Really impressed by the whole nice move experience. Saj answered any queries and although it was on his way home he dropped boxes off extra boxes 3 times and made the experience as easy as possible. The removal team - Josh, Joe, Andy, Tony and Dylan were superb. Nothing was to much trouble and made the move less stressful. I would highly recommend nice move and worth every penny.

This is the second time we have used Nicemove for a house move in the last 7 years. On both occasions they provided an excellent service. Nathan and Joe were very professional, friendly and accomodating throughout our move. To ensure we could social distance and keep to a small team we completed the move over 2 days. It meant the acutal move day was considerably less stressful. The guys wore masks during the move too which meant we felt safe to move under the current climate. I would highly recommend NIcemove.

We used this company early Feb to move my daughter and family to new home. The team were amazing!!!! Nothing was any trouble to them, they moved shed contents bikes ketter storage boxes plants and even a Belfast sink. The guys were all polite and reassuring They arrived the day before and loaded the bulk of the house and left a few essentials for one night and finished off on the moving day morning. We were fully packed by 11am All the team are great.....!! We were anxious about the move but need not have been. The guys wore masks throuout and there was no swearing to be heard at all. From initial enquiry, to final unloading nice move were a professional friendly outfit. They initially came out to do a survey of my existing property and take stock of what I had, (decent sized 4 bed, with gym and large garden shed) estimate the time taken to pack. We set a date and booked it in. Initial deposit secured the date. The guys who turned up, worked hard and the company was savvy enough to throw more guys at it when needed and fewer when not. They were friendly and flexible to work around our working environment and final item needs. They took photos of anything not in a perfect state, and as with any move there is going to be the odd scuff or mark. But things were wrapped up well, packed securely and well tetris’d into the vans. While many worked on the job, thanks to Calvin, Tony, Nathan, Mike & Dylan for their hard work and diligence. Would use again.
