Wow!!! My first time using offensive and what a joy. The casts are amazing with lots of variety (Fallschirmjagers!) My order was going to have a slight delay getting dispatched but I was keep informed all the time and got an amazing gift to make up for it. Thank you. Great job all round I’ll be back for more . This was my first order of sample figures for a new project. I am delighted at the quality of the figures (Spanish Napoleonics) and will certainly be ordering more. Service was excellent and unlike one major manufacturer, the postage charges were very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Beautifully sculpted figures, anatomically correct. The best figures on the market. They currently only produce elite WW2 figures, I would like to see some grunts, US, Brits, Russkies and Germans for both early and late war.

I'm sorry to say I didn't have the best experience so I have to give a below average score. I ordered several sets including EGSS 951 11 waffen SS squad EBPA806 Brit Paras specialists EBPA801 Brit Para Command EBPA805 Brit para support EBPA803 -10 British paras section 2 My problem is I ended up with 2 sets of waffen SS ,( I. E. 22 German figures) And no sign of the 10 British Paratrooper section. I sent an email to offensive miniatures explaining this and got no reply. I'm still waiting though by now I consider myself ignored. I don't know why. It would appear offensive have packed the EBPA803 Packs with one of the EGSS 11 waffen SS SQUADS. Fine figures IF I had wanted them but in this case I specifically needed 1 last British platoon. Kind of annoyed by the whole process (or lack thereof) Edit : Seems there was a problem with my emails getting through, not sure how but after reading this a friendly staff member rectified the error very swiftly so thanks Jackie, have amended score accordingly to 5 stars as as far as I can tell they did all they could to solve the situation once they were aware of it and you can't ask for more than that. Thanks team offensive miniatures. (great miniatures in the set I received! very cool set)

I'm very pleased with my experience of shopping with Offensive Miniatures, thanks! I took advantage of a recent Black Friday offer to buy their set of Winter Germans and a Pak 40 with crew. The very good photos on their website reassured me that the figures were apt for the Battle of Stalingrad period, and I will end up using the gun's crew with earlier types of artillery, not just the Pak 40. My figures arrived safely within just a few days of ordering them, in some good, practical packaging. They had run out of the free figure I was meant to get with the set, so they kindly substituted two free figures for it. The figures are cleanly cast with a minimum of flash and they're anatomically correct- no heroic scales here! Many of them are in dynamic, realistic poses and they use an accurate variety of weapons in the right quantities at the squad level. The detail on all these figures is crisp and very accurate, even on the Pak 40, so I'm really looking forward to painting them in due course. In short, I heartily recommend this company if you're interested in 28mm figures for WW 2!

These 28mm figures are very good, clean moldings which require very little work before painting. The poses look natural and the detail is excellent. I regret I don't have the wherewithall to post a photo of my Spanish infantry as they really look the part!

Beautifully cast figures, life like poses. Scale is good to mix with Warlord or Perry miniatures. I'd have no hesitation in recommending offensive miniatures.

Superbly sculpted figures with excellent poses and realistic proportions. Probably some of the best available at the moment. But please improve the packaging! Too many bent or broken gun barrels from figures rattling around in a ziplock bag inside a clamshell with no padding. Yes, they can be fixed with a little superglue but better to charge a little more per pack and have them arrive intact. That said, the speed etc of the service was exemplary.

Offensive Miniatures castings are of an extremely high quality with virtually no prep required before priming. The detailing of the figures is also incredibly good. So far I've painted Fallschrimjager and British Airborne from the WW2 range. About to move on to some British Napoleonic Rifles very soon and will use Offensive Miniatures as my go to figures now.

Really pleased with the figures. Clean castings with minimal, practically no, flash. Compatable with many of the other popular ranges. The horses for the French dragoons are slightly less heavily built than Perry horses which put you in mind of a more hungry animal for the Peninsular War which is what I required. The British Napoleonic casuality pack is great for battalion casuality markers and will be fixed to Warbases casuality dials. The Spanish are my third battalion I have bought and still great castings.

From packaging to web page to invoice a very professional look coupled with superbly sculpted figures. Well done and thanks. P.S. A couple of criticisms on your FNBR102: British Peninsular Infantry - Command (6 figures). The sergeant is from the line (center) companies so, he should only a have his sergeant chevrons on his right arm (left chevrons can be easily filed off). Re the two ensigns, they are incorrectly sculpted with a wide sash over the right shoulder falling to the left hip. Shoulder sashes only apply to Scottish Infantry. British officers wore a waist sash only tied on the left and draped with end tassels down the left trouser seam. Instead, there should be a white belt to support a sword scabbard or no belt (sword waist belt hidden under the waist sash). This will take some careful carving to narrow the shoulder sash to resemble a shoulder sword belt."

The customer service with Offensive Miniatures is one of the best if not the best I've experienced. They communicated with me often, kept me up-to-date, and worked with me on getting my order shipped as quickly as possible. Here's a big shout out to Jackie and her team. For the miniatures, I love the sculpting and detail on them which makes them fun to paint. I am working on their 'Follow the Drum' line of figures and I'm hoping they can add figures engaged in a firing line. That could have a lot of animation in it which would/could make the line even more appealing. One more thought, have some French with bayonets lowered leading the typical column attack against an English line with muskets raised ready to fire. Again, another opportunity for some really nice animation in the figures. That's all for now, just keep doing what you are doing.

I purchased the 1815 French Napoleonic flank company.Lots of detail on the figures, would have liked if possible a few more poses . Arrived quickly. If there are more figures added for this era I would definitely be interested.

I ordered their DAK bundle. Shipping was timely to the US. I received a hand written thank you note which I thought is a nice touch. Sculpts are good and the detail is there, however, there were some blemishes. I noticed very small dimples in different places of the model. Nothing glaring, but enough for me to think that Perry is still superior in quality in my opinion. Offensive's DAK adds great variety to any army. I would order from them again.

I really love Offensive US Airborne line. I won't be lying if I say that quality, stances and proportions of these paratroopers are one of the best (if not THE BEST) in 28mm scale! Collected almost all of them and painted with pleasure. The British paras and the Waffen SS lines are also to die for :) and top notch quality as well. And although I went more into the 6mm and 15mm scales lately - I'm still eager to put together a couple of Waffen SS squads for skirmish games. Overall - best recommendations and thanks!
