F.I was a customer for >10 years. Staff are consistently helpful - in my case, also when I decided to end the contract recently. Remaining friendly and helpful at that point is the real test of customer service, and Eugene & Alex passed with flying colours, thank you. Great location (close to the M1). Never had a problem parking on the premises for loading/unloading. There's only one goods lift for accessing the upper floors, but generally I found other customers considerate (closing doors to free up the lift). Only issue for me were the steep annual price increases - 5.1% average annual price increase over the last 10 years in my case.
C. L.Excellent price, Brilliant Customer Service - Eugene and Alex were incredibly helpful and kind whilst still being professional. Alex explained the Company Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Safety Policy in the most simple terms. The facility was clean, organised with equipment designed to make the move uncomplicated. I have used Safe Storage and Big Yellow before, both of which i found to be very expensively priced and with old or non working equipment but i found all the equipment here to be well-maintained. Well done Alex and Eugene! 5-stars all the way

K. G.Great service initially from Alex on my first visit who showed me around the different size storage units and pricing. Took a 18osqft unit and paid just 25 deposit.
Visited yesterday and was dealt with by Emily who, when I explained I had a van load of stuff, allowed us to put the stuff in the unit and deal with paperwork after. She was quick but thorough and very knowledgeable. Also, she kept an eye on our unit whilst we went and git a padlock, saving us from having to purchase one.
Would highly recommend. First 8 weeks half price as well!
