Contacted Steve through the website and sorted everything via WhatsApp, where he was professional and speedy in his responses. The team arrived early on the day and got right to work, dismantling and packing efficiently into the vans. They were able to accommodate some last minute changes with minimum fuss and even advised us to a last minute check for boxes in the wrong place so they could leave us in the best position. All round great service.

Excellent, professional service. The people who helped us move today we were calm, efficient and worked brilliantly as part of a team. Van arrived on time. Boxes were loaded onto the van quickly-meaning we had plenty of time to clean ready for our buyers. We had lots to move but no job seemed too big for the team. Although I hadn't managed to label all the boxes with where they should go, the lads were particularly patient when finding out where to put them. I would truly recommend MK relocations to anyone who wants a smooth, hassle-free move.

Steve & his colleague were absolutely fabulous - arrived on time, removed all our furniture and a box of extremely heavy books with no issues! Professionally wrapped all furniture with blankets and even did our fish tank... nothing broke along the way :) It was all done really quickly - within two hours! Our removal process was stress free from start to finish thanks to MK Relocations. I provided a video survey by WhatsApp (due to Covid-19) and Steve quickly replied with a very reasonable quote. Steve and his team were very professional on the day. We asked for a full packing and removal/gold service. Hugely recommend this. It took all the stress out of the move. Straight forward no nonsense quote process. They do have a boxing service, but we chose to pack ourselves. Booking was easy, despite me having to rearrange at short notice. On the day they turned up at 8.30, got the entire house loaded up in under 3 hours, and unloaded at the other end in less than that. All still with a smile on their faces. I can honestly say they earned every penny that I paid, and I would recommend them to friends and family.
