Excellent service from Michael and the guys at HCS! Moved our furniture into storage while we awaited our new house, and then moved from storage to new house a months later. I don't usually write a review, but I simply had to on this occasion. We have just moved house and used HCS and they were absolutely superb. Not only did they match everyone with a quote they actually excelled. The 3 guys wouldn't let my wife lift anything. They done everything. Kind, courteous, professional, timely, careful and assuring. I would highly recommend this company. They helped with a move which turned out more complicated with two drop offs including a storage unit. Communication before the day was great - everything was confirmed by phone and they responded really promptly to my questions and changes! Even the process of getting a quote was quicker and easier than other companies!! On the day, they showed up on time and sorted everything within a couple of hours. They were friendly and really helpful throughout. Everything was moved with care and they checked that I was happy at each stage. An added bonus is that the price was really reasonable too (lower than other company quotes!). I’ll be using the company again to move everything out of storage and would definitely recommend!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE 5 STAR PLUS The Guys cleared my Dads bungalow for me today. From the get go they were polite respectful and courteous. They confirmed estimate appointment the night before and even rang with their ETA as traffic held them up slightly. They called again to confirm clearance day and time. The guys arrived promptly and did a great job. They followed my instructions to the letter and kept my updated with their progress throughout the day. They were so helpful and went above and beyond. Their rates were reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again. Probably the best removal I’ve used so far, the guys were all professional and there was no hassle, they came in, had a quick look to see what needed collecting and then had it all done within half an hour or so, any furniture that had scratches or marks they made sure it was like that before they handled it to cover themselves and rest my mind and then provided updates and pictures after. Will definitely be using the guys again!
