R. P.As a driver for another transport company I had a load refused by Tesco Magor, I phoned Hicks who allowed me to go to their yard & sort the load so that it would be accepted by Tesco. The staff were extremely helpful & went above & beyond to accommodate me & my requirements. I'm extremely grateful for their help
