To be honest, I didn't actually use them as I didn't need the service anymore. But their quotes and response times were great and professional, so I give 5 stars for that reason. I can't comment on their actual service though, but I would use them if I needed the service in the future.

Richard has helped me move three times now, as well as helping my mum move house once and every time he has been fantastic. He is punctual, reliable and is prompt in replying to any messages. He's really careful with everything, especially the fragile objects and makes sure everything is protected while it is being transported. He even gave me a lift to my new house! Richard is a local business connection via Twitter and I have to say, he has provided an outstanding ManVan service. The whole move from start to finish was a complete success. I had a full load ranging from different size boxes to furniture and even a ladies bike, which was collected from Worcestershire and delivered to Northamptonshire in one go. He arrived in good time and he keeps a very clean and tidy van, he also kept me informed en route . I found Richard to be professional in his work, very reliable, friendly and polite. He charged me a very fair price, which in my opinion cannot be beaten. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and would most certainly use his removal services again, should the need arise.
