After waiting for ages for contracts to exchange, inevitably when they finally did I found myself needing to pack and organise everything in double quick time. I chose East Anglian Light Haulage on the strength of the other reviews here and am pleased I did. They turned up on time and were good company, helpful and careful with the way they loaded my stuff onto the van. John and his mate made the whole experience a lot less stressful than I had anticipated, nothing was too much trouble and I am very grateful to them both for taking a lot of the stress off my shoulders. I would certainly use them again and can highly recommend them to anyone else looking to move house. Good to spend a potentially stressful day in the company of these two cheerful and very competent guys.

Extremely friendly staff from first contact to our move completion! John came round and carried out a survey he estimated how many boxes we would require and gave us a price that was extremely competitive. The service was spot on they delivered our items to London WC1N and everything arrived perfect nothing was broken the crew did an excellent job moving our stuff into our new flat negotiating some tricky angles with the sofas. If you want real customer service and a company that is happy to go the extra mile, book East Anglian Light Haulage. John & Jon carried out our house move and couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. From dismantling a wardrobe and bed then reassembling them at our new home, to running the vacuum round the lounge, these guys were superb. They honestly made the whole moving experience much less stressful than we'd been anticipating. Nothing was a problem for them, "Don't panic!" should be their slogan, as we heard it numerous times throughout the day whilst they calmly and professionally got on with making things happen. We can't thank them both enough for the support they provided to us and we'd recommend EALH wholeheartedly to anyone who wants to see what real service is all about. BOOK THIS COMPANY!! You won't regret it.

First class service. You will honestly get no better service and at a fantastic price. John completed my removal today which was fast, efficient and friendly. Superb job. In addition he very kindly removed the front window in order to get the sofas in. He put the window back immaculately and even helped saw down a tree - how is that for service!! I have moved house several times over the past few years ! My previous experiences of renting a van and doing myself has always been stressful to say the least! This experience was absolutly amazing no stress at all ! Amazing. Simply amazing. Massive van, my stuff barely occupied 1/5 of the space! Very flexible with times (did mine on sunday!) and works not only in Norwich but all across UK (picked my things from two locations and delivered into the third). Friendly driver who is ready to help with carrying boxes, what else do you need? Cheap price? you got it. Would recommend to anyone and definitely to use myself again!!! Victor
