This company was brilliant from start to finish. We had a stressful situation involving a simultaneous exchange and completion, but Dean was able to explain the process for us and put our kind at ease. The team doing our removals arrived at 9am, packed up efficiently, dismantled our wardrobe (which was by no means straightforward!), and did it all in great humour. After we arrived at the new house, they got unloaded and got all our boxes to the right rooms (even took they wardrobe to the top floor!) They finally finished at 7pm. They turned what could have been a very stressful day into a very relaxed, fun day. Thank you!

We’ve never used a removal company before, and we are so glad we used Dean McKay. We used the pack and move service they offer, which made the whole process so much easier. They guys were punctual, polite and great people for the two days they packed up our house. We had no issues at all. They moved us from Nottingham to Surrey and despite a bit of slow traffic, everything went to plan. Unloading the other end (into storage) was quick and simple. Thank you all for your hard work and help! Very much recommend their service.
