Patrick from McCrorys Removals was excellent end to end especially given the uniqueness of our load (Super King bed over 100kg from Dublin to London). The booking process was smooth and collaboration through effective communication was first class. Patrick notified us of collection and when he was on the way to drop off. He dealt with the various paperwork’s and logistics on our behalf and delivered on time per his commitment. What delighted me further though was the care and attention Patrick showed navigating the bed from the truck and into our apartment (1st floor) through a small maze of zig zags. Truly a professional and a gentleman! Exceptionally capable and would be delighted to work alongside the team again. Thank you. -

I was concerned that collecting and delivering some miscellaneous belongings in a remote location might be somewhat difficult to arrange - not big enough to be worth the effort, not small enough to be easily accommodated within a bigger trip. Patrick (who collected) and Rafal (who delivered) were super responsive, efficient, flexible, communicative, friendly. It was a totally stress free experience for me and I'm so happy to be reunited with these items again.

My husband and I decided to make the move back from London to Dublin. The timing was such that this was still during lockdown and after Brexit had come into effect. This made the move more stressful with a lot of uncertainties to navigate. My husband carried out extensive research into the right company to help us move our 2 bed flat back to Dublin. There were numerous challenges with the companies contacted - we would need to wait a couple of weeks before our furniture would arrive, the cost was far too high for a 2 bed flat move or - and a common one - the impact of Brexit was too uncertain and so moves from London to Ireland were not taking place. This was really frustrating. However, once my husband found McCrorys Removals and after he had spoken to Patrick, the owner, he was convinced that this company was the right option. Not only from the point of view of good value, but from speaking to Patrick himself and feeling confident that he could trust him and that he would do a good job. We made a good decision choosing McCorys Removals. Patrick liaised with us in advance of the move date to coordinate all documentation required for customs post Brexit. He told my husband what was needed and he assured us that he would have everything prepared - he did. This was a concern for us and Patrick made sure it all went smoothly. Patrick was flexible with our move date and accommodated us so that our furniture was collected on a Saturday morning and arrived into Dublin by Monday. On the day of the move, Patrick and his colleague Joe arrived on time and were extremely calm and not phased by the amount of work ahead (nor were they phased by the fact that we were still in process of packing up some items!). Both men were professional, friendly and super efficient. After collecting the furniture and prior to their arrival in Dublin, Patrick was in regular contact with my husband to keep him updated. Our furniture arrived on time and our items were in perfect condition. I highly recommend Patrick and Joe for a move from London to Dublin. It is definitely challenging to know what removals company to choose, especially when moving from London to Dublin. If you book McCrory's Removals, you will be in safe hands and it will be one less thing to worry about. Thank you Patrick and Joe for helping us with the move!

This is an honest feedback with reference to my experience dealing with Mr. Patrick. I contacted Patrick in Nov '19 requesting for his service for removal and move to Ireland. Although I wasn't available at the time of removals, and had asked my friends to make my apartment available, I was very much impressed by the honesty, professionalism and due diligence, Patrick and his Team showed in removing and storing my stuffs in my absence. Patrick thereafter made sure he replied to my each and every enquiry, and promptly acknowledged my emails. As due to covid, my travel was delayed, and I had to let my stuff stay with McCrorys for over 10 months, I received my stuffs at the end in the same condition in which I had sent them.
