In what was one of the most stressful couple of weeks of my life Chris and his team were true heroes. Originally I had only booked with them to do some clearance as we were self moving. Then everything that could go wrong with my move pretty much did and Chris and the team did a last minute removal , storage and delivery of all of our things. I got in touch with Chris when he offered to help support me with moving a family into a new property who were fleeing domestic violence. Chris offered to help support with some furniture and arrived on the day with his team and a van load of items. The new family had a double bed, single bed, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, wardrobes, chest of drawers, duvets, cabinet plus more, kindly donated by Chris and his team. If it wasn’t for Chris’ generosity and kindness then this family would of been moving into a new property with nothing. Chris and his team delivered everything for free and went out of there way to deliver everything up two flights of stairs. Meeting Chris was a pleasure, couldn’t of met a kinder more genuine person. 5* would recommend to anybody looking for house clearances, you will not be disappointed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vale for moves and clearances. Over the past six months my parents, as well as my husband and myself, have had the pleasure of using their services multiple times. Two long distance and one short distance move, as well as two clearances. Chris and his team have been really excellent, especially with my elderly parents who were finding the whole moving process very difficult as they had been in the same house 50 years and there was a lot of stuff to move and clear. Chris was really helpful in giving me a quote for my house move and reassured me that he could accomodate my moving date, even at short notice. Chris then kept in touch to check how packing was going and if I'd need additional boxes. On the moving day, a team of 3 men arrived and they literally worked tirelessly all day. They were absolutely brilliant and just sorted it all out. I just can't thank them enough for helping us on such a stressful day. They even took away any furniture/rubbish that we didn't want to take with us. Would 100% recommend Vale Clearance for all your moving needs. We had bought a wardrobe and Chris and Warren came to deliver it. After trying numerous different ways etc (even looking into taking wardrobe apart and then rebuilding) there was no way that wardrobe was going into the room. After reloading the wardrobe into the van, Chris absolutely refused to take a penny from us for the delivery etc. A friendly professional service, reliable, polite and on the whole, really decent guys.

Vale Clearances - Amazing Our family have had need for effectively three house moves and a house clearance all in a short period of time. Vale clearances worked so hard to get me moved from a large 4 bedroom house into a much smaller space. With this being only our second property since fleeing the nest of our parents, we had gathered so much stuff, but they really made the day so much fun, stress free and calm. At very short notice, Chris was able to supply a team and a van to assist us with our house move. Visiting us personally to discuss the details and our requirements was great, he was able to outline exactly what the cost would be and time required. Everything from start to finish was communicated with no hidden fees, charges or contracts, just straight forward, no nonsense excellent service. The team assigned to our move were amazing, friendly, efficient, courteous and extremely hardworking. On the two days they were with us were particular hot days and they worked tirelessly to make our move as stress free as possible. We made use of the dismantle and re-assemble service which was invaluable allowing us to have functional bedrooms and office space very quickly. As we downsized, Vale were also able to take various items as clearance to use as donation for charities helping with new home set ups for disadvantaged people which is an incredible service that they offer. Additionally, we also made use of their waste clearance service too. We received a 5* service from Vale Clearances. I would most certainly recommend Chris and his Team. Thanks Guys!
