Dukes removals was a life saver, provided best value for money AND amazing services! I had a very last minute packing, removals, and storage request while I was still out of the country and they were able to accommodate my needs timely. They even handled the communication with my accommodation office to make the process even more carefree. The customer representative Jing really went out of her way to make everything go as smoothly as possible and she is so unbelievably friendly and understanding! The packing and delivery services were professional; everything clearly marked and meticulously handled. At last Dukes also offered the lowest price among around 10 companies I have contacted. The storage was a bit pricey comparatively but since I had only a very short storage term it wasn’t a great concern. I would highly recommend Dukes to anyone in need of a trustworthy mover.

Faultless service from Dukes - Jing and her team are absolutely brilliant. Our items (including an incredibly cumbersome fragile glass table top) were packed and moved with great care, first into storage (very reasonably priced) and finally (after several reschedules - Dukes where incredibly patient and accommodating) delivered to our new home in perfect condition. The porters are lovely - very professional and kind, clearly pros at dealing with slightly dazed/overwhelmed new home owners! I would highly recommend Dukes.

Absolutely fantastic service. The owner was lovely, responsive, and professional. I was in California with my stuff stuck in Oxford. Jing Bai answered my emails promptly despite the 8-hour time difference, and arranged everything (packing, removal, storage) very quickly and efficiently, and was in WhatsApp contact with my former flatmate on the day. Such service does not exist in the states, so I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are very reasonable. I am glad I went with a local company instead of a national chain. Duke's was great.

Highly recommended. Jing helped us through our move at all stages of the process - from advising us on packing, bringing us boxes and answering all of our questions. Moving day was efficient and easy - despite pouring rain. The service was reasonably priced and is absolutely worth it. We felt we were on good hands, working with experienced professionals who knew what they were doing at all times. Kevin and Joe were absolutely brilliant and made the entire experience a dream. We were forced to change the move date last minute due to our property not quite being ready and they shuffled a couple of non-urgent jobs to accommodate which was amazing. Excellent service. They managed in just 5 hrs to do the job that I managed to do myself last year in 10 days, disassembling and reassembling furnitures, packing and move were so quick, easy and all clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend and ask for their help next time should I need to.

I used Dukes for two moves, first into storage (which they arranged), then from storage to new home, and found them very friendly and efficient. For the first move they arrived early and soon got everything expertly packed. On the second move they were again very quick and extremely helpful, even fixing a couple of wonky chairs! A great experience! Our removals day was completely stress free. Kevin and Jing checked out everything in advance e.g. would our furniture fit through our new doors? and organised parking suspension for the day. Everything was packed carefully. A company with integrity - advised me on how to keep costs low, also fully licenced waste disposal (with receipts supplied) so no danger of contributing to flytipping, and did their best to recycle where possible. Very professional, efficient and considerate. We marked on some boxes for us to know which box was for which room and didn't expect them to take the boxes to each room (we told them all the boxes could just go to the garage), but they did look at the notes on the boxes and helped us to put them in the places we wanted without wasting any minute, very impressive! We were extremely impressed with this company, who fitted us in with short notice over the Christmas period. They arrived on time and removed everything quickly and efficiently.
