Very good experience with this company. Communications were good leading up to the move, and the price was reasonable. Rich and James went above and beyond to ensure the move was carried out well within the allotted time. The 50m walk from the van to front door didn't phase them. No items were damaged, except where my packing was to blame.

Even though they had problems with a van breakdown so arrived late they made up for it. Rob contacted and warned me they would be late and stayed in contact with progress. He even worked himself to help the other 2 guys get the job done. They were very professional and moved all our heavy goods with ease. I was worried about the curve of the stairs at our new house but the guys carried it up without a hitch and without touching a wall. Would really recommend them as a great company to use

A fantastic removal company and extremely professional. Arte and Lee were both very capable, helpful and really great at keeping a relaxed atmosphere during the move of my fiance and myself (it was very helpful). The price was very reasonable and the estimate of time needed was on point. Danielle was a pleasurable individual to deal with, extremely thorough by walking us through every detail possible to ensure we were happy. We recently used The Little Removals for our House move from Cheltenham to Oxford. From the initial phone call to there office I found them so helpful Danielle dealt with our move and kept in contact throughout updating me on things and delivering box's. On the day of the move the guys showed up on time were so friendly and were very organised. They got our house packed up in no time and everything ran so smoothly. I would use this Company again as moving can be so stressful and they really took the pressure off.

We had to move furniture and household items from two locations which required work over two days ultimately because of a protracted completion on our purchase. The team at LRC couldn't have been more accommodating. Throughout the process we were comfortable that they weren't looking to add any hidden charges. They were great value for money and very easy to deal with. If you are thinking of going with a more established name in the industry for piece of mind I would suggest getting a quote from these guys as you won't be compromising on the level of service.

The office staff were very helpful and professional and guided me through the hole process of my move even though my move date changed several times, they were very understanding and friendly. We used the Little Removals company a few weeks ago and couldn't recommend them highly enough, they helped with everything from the packing to carting a super king size memory foam mattress up several flights of stairs, which was not an easy task! The guys that helped us move were very professional and willing to help us with whatever we needed to help the move run smoothly, we forgot to tell them that one of the beds at the old house was ours and after emptying the van, they went back, put it down and then put it back up for as at the new house! Amazing Service and made the whole day a lot easier!

We moved house two months ago and it was a pleasure to have Rob and his team move us. Absolutely professional, friendly and generous with their time. Rob’s reaction to any issue or question that we raised was “sure, sir, not a problem” and indeed it was not a problem. On the first day of the move after they had moved heavy and bulky furniture to what was going to be our bedroom on the 2nd floor, Rob came to us and said “Sir, if you change your mind and decide to have your bedroom in the converted attic on the third floor, we’re fine with that”. That was a priceless piece of advice… we did discuss it and decided to take it on. On the following day, Rob and his team seemed pleased to move the bulky furniture once again to the attic. Hopefully we will not move any time soon but if someone asks us to recommend a removal company, it is the Little Removals Company and Rob’s team I’d recommend.

The Little Removals Company did a good job for us. A couple of items were damaged in transit, including our sideboard being knocked by the guys on the way out the front door but they were very helpful and responsive. We were somewhat disappointed that our stuff was slightly over their estimation (they didn't visit to check) and therefore we ended up being charged more than we were quoted. The only real negative was that I had to go back and forth with the office more than once with both the removal and storage charges because the quoted costs kept changing. In the end we usually went back to the original quote but it did seem at times that they were not very organised in terms of knowing what the charges should be. Overall we were happy though and they provided a good service.

The office staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating - even with last minute changes - and the guys on the day were fab! We used the little removals for a move from Oxford to Witney. They turned up an hour late due to a blow out on a tyre. At this point we were panicking as we had to be out our current address by 12. Stuart and Rob turned up at 10 and were both professional and apologetic. They worked so hard to get everything packed up by 12 and managed to do it all by 11:45! They were both absolutely fantastic and myself and my husband were so grateful for the hard work both from the office updating us and the hard work Stuart and Rob pulled off! Very pleased customer definitely use again.
