R. M.I recommend Magenta in Oxford highly. From the beginning the booking process was simple, and handled with courtesy , friendliness and a distinctly personal touch that I have not experienced with other storage businesses. While other online businesses badgered me by email and phone relentlessly, Magenta were much more considered. Jeremy at Botley road, was a pleasure to deal with, and made what was a stressful house move much easier.
The location is great opposite Waitrose in Oxford, and there is always parking, even on weekends and busy periods. The units are very reasonably priced and I was offered a great deal on a short term unit. Magenta also sells boxes and packing materials, which were fantastic for an emergency. The reception area even has an espresso machine for customers, which was really appreciated.
A great friendly, customer-focused service. Highly recommended.

What we like was the all included price of insurance even a free storage lock. Used Big Yellow some years back not a great experience with them charge you for insurance & lock, even the out of hours access. The manager and his team are credit to the company always friendly and helpful will recommend to family members. Thank you Magenta Oxford!

I unfortunately have to add an edit to this review. The young lady on reception today, has on the two occasions I have had to deal with her, has been sullen and unfriendly. Disappointed
