I was so grateful to Matt for organising my removal at such short notice, after I had been let down by another company. He sent Ross and Lee along to do the job. They were perfect. I was in an emotional state, and they were so kind and caring. I really needed it to be a gentle process, and they made it just that, whilst being totally professional at the same time. They were so respectful of my belongings and packed the van brilliantly. Nothing had moved when it arrived in Gloucestershire. Even my partner, who is usually very critical, was really impressed. Quick, great and friendly service. For a last minute delivery from Oxford to London, I needed pick up first thing the next morning - I spoke to Matt on the phone who was really helpful and happy to take the late booking. London to Oxford move - January 2018 My daughter was moving out of the family home in London to her own place in Oxford. I contacted 3 or 4 moving companies including Man and Van Oxford. Matt's pricing was simple to understand and inclusive, unlike national movers who expected me to do the adding up - boxes, time, steps, containers, etc. Matt worked with me via e-mail and phone calls to identify the size of truck, size of crew and time allocation required. Prices quoted were "the bottom line" so I knew what the total would be. In the end we decided on a larger truck and a larger crew which allowed the loading to be done in less than an hour - a necessity when dealing with London parking restrictions. Goods were stored for a week before delivery to my daughter in Oxford. As this was a house purchase, when key exchange was not predictable, Matt worked to our "mystery schedule" without question. At these stressful times Matt was always available. My daughter, on the Oxford end, said the crew was "first class" and that they were happy to do extra things without question! We are committed to using local companies when possible and this lead us to a fantastic experience with Man and Van Oxford. TIPS: Pack up what you can and have it ready to go, get a larger truck than you think for ease of loading and unloading (you will save money on crew time), talk to Matt if you have questions. THANKS MAN AND VAN ... we recommend you and use you again!!

Quick and efficient while cracking a few jokes at the same time! Made the move incredibly easy and less stressful We had a 3 seater sofa that was too big to fit through our front door. They miraculously managed to get it into the house using ropes and lifting over our balcony. And did not damage any of the property or the sofas in the process! A few days later we needed to call in a last minute favour to off-load a van-full of stuff that we had brought over from Cambridge. The price was so reasonable and came in much lower than what the comparison sites were quoting. A really personable service, that is flexible with the users needs and responds to my call and text queries out of office hours. Lee our driver was a top bloke; very helpful with co-ordinating the heavy lifting and providing the muscle, which put us all at ease. The piece was well looked after in the van and arrived safely to its new home (they provide all the straps and packing). Couldn't have asked for more. Answered phone first time on a weekend when several other companies hadn't, and were round to move my sofa in Reading in an hour. Kept me informed on ETA by text. Both dispatcher (Matt) and driver (Richie) were polite and professional. Driver handled sofa with experience, patience and care through some tricky doors! Competitive up-front pricing, with no attempts to add extra charges later for things like negotiating stairs; I have had that with another Reading man and van company, who were rude and abrupt into the bargain, and only told me about the "stairs charge" after they'd completed that part of the job (which I hadn't been present for).
