They were all very friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions as i sorted out what was best to do. I particularly appreciated Lin's patience and support whilst i worked out which sized unit would suit me best. The facility is super clean and well organised. Thank you!

Needed to sort out some storage for my son whilst home from uni during the summer. Checked around online and called Armadillo to talk through his requirements. Initially spoke to Jon who could not have been more helpful with regards to fully explaining all of the options, helping to decide size of unit, insurance requirements, pricing and cancellation policy. This was followed up by helpful emails and instructions on how to complete the online registration. Nearer the time I was called to double check all was still going ahead and to check if there were any changes required. On check in day we were assisted by Linda and Elaine, who again were most helpful showing us around the unit and explaining everything we needed to know. Brilliant service from everyone we dealt with.

Really friendly team. I think I spoke to the whole team at some point and they were all helpful. Prior deciding on what unit would be the correct size Lin was very helpful and we managed to sort out a good price for the unit. On the day of collecting the storage unit. Linda was very professional and wore her face mask throughout to keep us both safe. Even though it is through a pandemic she did not rush and made sure that everything was working. She took me through how to enter and exit the building correctly. She took me around the whole complex so I knew where everything was and what I would need to do if had a bigger vehicle. Just before the end of the tour she told where we would have to muster in the event of the fire alarm being active. I would recommend them to friends and family

Jon and the team are super friendly, very helpful and very straightforward with the entire process. I was able to complete the online check-in in 2 minutes before my arrival and everything was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Took about 30 minutes to sort out paperwork and have some great banter. Jon was very understanding and supportive of how last-minute we were because of the University. Definitely recommend.

Have just signed up and really happy with the staff, particularly Elaine and Lyn. The rooms seem well lit, good size and easy access. Only downside is that it closes at 6pm. An additional hour (I.e 7pm) would be ideal so can work more around work. Extra £10 a month for this facility isn’t really necessary.

Armadillo Self Storage in Plymouth provides a very good service at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble for them. At the start, they give an explanation of the storage services, then they give customers the space to use the service, as and when they required, using the electronic keypads for logging in and out. The storage facility itself is also based in a very hand location, not far from Plymouth City Centre, and also very close to the Brittany Ferry Port. All in all, a very good storage facility, if anyone requires this type of service, in the Plymouth area.
