I have received the best service from this company. They’re safe and willing. They put their customers at priority and stay efficient. The movers I had on the day I was moving were extremely helpful and they handled my belongings with care. When my stuff arrived at my new apartment everything was in tact and no broken glass! I liked the way they packed my TV in a special box so it would no break. They put all my stuff down where i had less work to do when shifting around my furniture. I would recommend to anyone!

Honestly, I am still amazed by how much effort the movers put forward and honestly it was the easiest and smoothest thing ever … the booking was the quickest I’ve ever experienced and I’ve moved twice this past year and wish I knew of BlueSky earlier. They were extremely friendly and accommodated all my requests. They were altogether very helpful and very professional and made sure no damage was dealt to the more fragile objects in my house which in turn calmed my nerves I would 100% use this service again I definitely recommend this if you want a job well done with 0 hassle

After moving out from my family’s home to a 2 bedroom house in the suburban area of Reading I used BlueSky Removals. The team arrived on time to my home and Started to move my belongings into the van which was exceptionally clean and secure. The team were very friendly and made the experience stress free for me and my partner. When arriving to the new property all the boxes and furniture was put into the correct rooms which made things easier to unpack. The price was very affordable and I would recommend to anyone moving house.

When it came to moving house, there are a lot of options out there. Reading other reviews I thought I’d give these guys a go. And I’m glad I did. They where very helpful with getting my heavy objects to where I needed to go and made sure no damage was felt to the more fragile objects. Great customer service throughout the entire experience. I recommend using this guys if you want quality services and care.

Fantastic service from start to finish: I first contacted BlueSky removals back in February and spoke to Laura. Extremely polite and helpful, she answered all my queries clearly and promptly. Sent her some photos and video and she sent me a quote shortly after which seemed fair but I was so impressed with our initial chat that I didn’t contact anyone else for the job (and they didn’t disappoint!) I also had to change the moving date a few times and contacted Laura in advance regarding this -- no hassle and was done free of charge. On the day of moving, Nathan and 2 other helpers came round, all of them friendly and worked efficiently to help and move our things into and from the vans. Eventhough it was raining on the day, we noticed that each time they would enter the house, they would wipe their shoes on the front door mat before entering which was nice to see. When arriving to our new house, there was a bit of a fiasco with the keys (as the estate agent gave us the wrong set) and the guys had to wait a while before we could eventually move our things but they never complained for waiting. They also made sure we were happy with where our things went and into which rooms. I rarely leave feedback but Laura, Nathan and his helpers completely exceeded expectations and would happily recommend BlueSky removals.

Moving house is an extremely difficult experience but Bluesky took every stress away! They gave me a quick quotation and quickly got to work handling my furniture with care. TL;DR Amazing service from start to finish making the entire process painless and worth while. 100% recommend! First move where the contents of my life doesn't fit in my car so was a little nervous. Pamela was a saint when it came to coordinating and walking me through the process. I had to move the date a few times with zero qualms or questions. The 2 gentleman arrived promptly on the day of move and were helpful even with the last few bits I had to pack. They were speedy in clearing the contents into the van whilst taking care with everything I had packed up. I left them too it whilst I travelled to the new property and they gave me a quick call before departing to ensure everything that was meant to be moved was in the van....an appreciated check as there were a few items that didn't need moving. Equally great experience on the other end with everything unloaded and a courteous offer to move stuff upstairs to save me the effort.

This review is very based on my experience with BlueSky's customer service. In the end we did not need a removals company, but I think it is worth mentioning that Laura at BlueSky was excellent in handelling my quote and giving information. All of the consulation and communication was sorted over WhatsApp, which made it a lot easier for me to share pictures and get immediate responses. I much preferred this to email and it did not feel any less professional.
