Maybe previous 1 star rating was a bit harsh So here's my revised one Young lady who served us was very helpful and even refunded our deposit when we realised the unit didn't serve our needs Hope this clears things up

Excellent service from start to finish of my storage rental. I ended up paying twice for a couple of months without noticing (my own mistake), and first base self storage were very quick to let me know and refund the money to me! Excellent, honest business!
