I have had a unit here for over 2 years. I started with the smallest one that took a surprising amount of stuff. Needed a larger one after a while and no problem. The units are clean tidy and well maintained. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. The 24/7 access is so useful and used on many occasions. Thank you for great service at a very reasonable price.

Easy to use and secure storage unit with 24/7 access. Ease of use to gain access, via a secure pin password. The initial process of obtaining a unit was fully explained along with the costs involved. All staff members are polite and helpful and on hand to answer any questions during working hours. Value for money and I would recommend to anyone wanting to store goods/furniture over a period of time.

We needed storage for about 18 months for a mixture of paperwork, spare furniture, Christmas decorations etc. From start to finish the process was straight forward and we were able to get immediate space on the day and it was great. I rented a 25 square foot small unit for 2-3 months. The rental was easy to set up, staff were friendly and explained access and exit thoroughly. There is a good lift and trollies available to get your stuff up and down the floors. The facility/building was very clean and tidy. The best thing was the ease of access anytime and the monthly price being very reasonable. I would recommend Premier Self Storage, Burton and I would use again as needed.

Was looking for some short term storage (3-4 weeks) whilst we had work done on the house. Premier was perfect. The staff were really helpful and explained fully how to get in/out when we needed access. The building felt very secure and it was so easy to end when we were ready to pick the stuff up. Premier self storage is so easy to find. Staff on first visit very knowledgeable and explained everything. Used Premier Self Storage when I moved house but hadn’t got round to totally disposing of or sorting all my belongings. I found the staff to be very helpful and professional. I was given thorough instructions on how to use the entry and exit system. My unit -50sq ft was just the right size for storing the multitude of boxes, coffee tables, lighting, and everything else left over from my 3bed house and my daughters 2 bed house. It was so very useful to have access anytime over evenings and weekends. I would thoroughly recommend them and would use again.

I recently started to rent a small storage unit at premier storage off Wellington Road in Burton to store a small amount of furniture for around 6 months. Having never rented a storage unit before I was pleased to find the staff there extremely helpful and patient and helped me decide what size unit I might need along with weighing out the monthly costs. For me this is a very secure unit and is well worth a visit if you think you might need some short term or long term storage.

Where to start with Premier Self Storage? Easily accessible is a major plus point for me, they're just off the main road with good parking. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable, i went in and explained what i needed and for how long and they offered a range of units which are very reasonably priced. The unit i have is clean and dry, a must for storing electrical equipment, the units are individually alarmed, you provide your own padlock. If you're on one of the upper floors there's a lift and trollies available. Access is 24hr, 7 days a week and you key in a code on the outer door to gain access to the facility, there's full CCTV coverage and every unit has insurance as part of the contract. I initially envisaged using the unit for 3 months but 18 months later it makes my life so easy i'll continue as i am. In short, a first class storage facility for less than the price of a daily coffee.

Looked at all options online recently when I needed to put some houshold stuff in to storage due to a house move. Really confusing when you have to put your details in (plus your phone number) before you can get a straight forward quote. Then within 5 minutes they start calling you offering deals. So much for the first few weeks then another price after that and you have to give notice of leaving or you get penalised. Got fed up with the phone calls and the pressure selling technique! Then I found Premier Storage based in Burton on Trent and Swadlincote. They give you a straightforward no nonsence quote. Empty your storage unit and leave whenever you like, you don`t have to give notice. Very reasonable prices and very modern highly secure facilities. 24/7 acess to your things without having to book plus the ladies in the office are lovely and will help with advice if you need it on what size unit you might need. All in all don`t bother with these big companies with their super duper dodgy deals and phone calls. If you need storage I have done the research for you , give Premier Storage a call.

I moved recently with this company, this was a difficult move as there were 2 delivery address 150 miles appart. Nothing was too much trouble from the first phone call the service was excellent. Premier storage gave me the perfect solution for my storage needs while moving home and then creating space in the new one to accommodate everything. I used the facility in total for two and half years during which time I was able to easily access my belongings whenever I needed to. They have a range of different sized units and I was able to pick one suitable for my requirements at a very reasonable rate. The access areas are kept very clean, well lit and secure, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
