We enjoyed first class service from Brycelands in our move into rented accommodation. They were courteous, flexible and friendly. Terry and his teams did a great job. We moved an exceptionally large quantity of belongings which they expertly packed and there was not a single breakage. All in all we can highly recommend Brycelands.

Brycelands truly made moving house easy! From our first enquiry, through to the packing, shipping and careful delivery of our goods, they were just fantastic. Their floor protectors were excellent! The office staff were helpful and couldn't do enough to help us. They were also more than happy to talk us through the terms and conditions on the move and the insurance too, to be sure that we knew what was included and what assurances we had, if things went south (which I am pleased to say they didn't!). I have to say a lot of other companies didn't take the time to do this. Such good attention to detail and customer service! We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Faultless service on the day. Our removals team was punctual, friendly, professional and packed up our furniture in no time. Because of issues in our chain we had to rearrange our moving dates several times at the last minute and this wasn't a problem. Only slight gripe was that pre-move correspondence could have been better, had to chase for an email confirmation

This is the first time we have used Bryceland's Removal Services and all I can say is we received first class service. The removal men loaded the lorry with great care for our belongings. The arrived promptly, introduced themselves and didn't stop working. They were all loaded up with first load within the hour and we were off to our new home. They unloaded and placed all boxes in the correct rooms for us, even helped my Husband put items in the loft. Then they went for the next load. We were in our new home with all boxes, garden furniture etc by 2.30pm. Incredible service, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend to Bryceland's to anyone looking for a hassle free move. Great Work Lads!

We recently moved a very short distance in Cambridge and used Cambridge removal services. There were fantastic! All of the guys were very polite and thoughtful. They worked tirelessly to pack all of our belongings in a timely manner. There was not one breakage, it was all very smooth and stress free. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again.

The survey done by Terry was very accurate regarding the assessment of the size of the job, and also Brycelands always picked up the phone when I called with questions. I did call other firms for quotes but some didn't pick up the phone or always went straight through to voicemail which left me concerned how to contact them in the event of problems on moving day. On moving day the crew we had were excellent (Mark, Dan and Jason) and arrived on time. They were hard working, polite and very professional and Mark had some very entertaining stories regarding some of the fantastic rock concerts he had attended, which made the whole experience stress free and light hearted. There was a bed which was a bit tricky to disassemble but they were positive and got the bed disassembled and re-assembled. All in all we were very happy and would use Brycelands again.

We were very happy with the service we received from Brycelands. The team at head office were wonderfully patient with us as our exchange and completion dates kept shifting back at the last minute. When the big day finally came, the guys who did the move were similarly fantastic and got everything sorted much faster that I was expecting. And we were particularly thankful that we arranged to have the full packing service the day before, since they actually did a far better job wrapping up our valuables than we would have been likely to do ourselves!

After a very stressful purchase it was all a bit last minute dot come getting removals booked and to tie in with the chain. The office staff at Brycelands were very helpful and accommodating. On the Friday 2 great guys arrived and introduced themselves, and they were joined by a 3rd a bit later on. Tyler and Boris were brilliant. Tyler was calm, in control and just made everything feel like there was no problem, just what I needed. With Boris and he being each others 'yin and yan' the packing was done brilliantly on Friday and we were lucky enough to get them to move us on Monday. I would totally recommend this company as the 'whole team' did their bit to make it work . Thank you

We love these guys! This was our second removal with Brycelands and we were lucky enough to have the same team leader who is an absolute sweetheart and just fantastic at his job. Our furniture went into storage for a few weeks so we effectively had two moves and on both occasions the crews were amazing. Everyone went out of their way and worked so hard. For some reason we always end up moving on the hottest days of the year, it was pretty much unbearable but the crews never once complained and did everything with a smile. Even when things didn't fit and had to be moved a second time. We are so grateful to them for making everything so easy for us and for taking such good care of both houses and our property - everything was covered, shoes came off and they were always courteous. The quote did come in higher than the others but in this case it is true you get what you pay for and Brycelands truly are worth every penny.

Very swift booking of a moving day, flexible free survey gave me confidence in their quote which was competitive, their internet booking and quote acceptance system made it very easy to order. The guys movement was tracked by the office so I could get a precise ETA rather than waiting around all day. i have never seen anyone work so hard and so professionally as the removal team from Brycelands. Speed didn't come into it and, when I discovered they had packed some keys (carelessly left with my cutlery) they didn't blink before they located them in one of many boxes and returned same without any fuss. All of my worldly possessions are now in storage and I have every confidence that, when I need them back, they will return them in mint condition and reassemble the items which they effortlessly managed to dismantle. I allowed an extra day as I couldn't believe they could pack and remove a four bedroom house in one and a half days but they proved me wrong. I strongly recommend this company.

I contacted four removal firms for a quote to move us and only Brycelands responded by phone to make an appointment. That set the tone for the rest of the move process. A fair and resaonable quotation that met our needs perfectly and good communication throughout. We moved from St Albans on day 1 and into the new home in Oxfordshire on day 2 all without a hitch. Very pleasant, polite and helpful move team at both ends for which nothing was a problem. Would use again without hesitation. One thing they might work on is the appearance of the vehicle to help advertise themselves on the move.

Fantastic. I am a downsizing 70 year old there were things like dismantling a four on that I was physically unable to do but the men were so helpful and courteous that I need not have worried.
