Bisley Removals packed up my old home and stored my household belongs for 5 months while I relocated. I am so glad I chose them (after getting 3 other quotes). Their guys who did the packing up, removal and delivery were all great. They worked really hard and were very helpful, especially at the delivery end. I moved my belongings into storage in March and moved into my new house in April. This was my first time using a professional removal company as previously I have used two men and a van (I've moved so many times) I decided on using Bisley Removals as I liked the idea of using a family run business and I am glad I did. Both Cavan and Charley were friendly and helpful when organising the quote, storage and packing boxes. My completion date was moved many time on my new house and they were more than happy to be flexible even though it was a very busy time for them. It was one of the most stress free moves I've ever had and the whole team were friendly and professional. My furniture was in storage with them for 4 weeks and when returned everything was as it was when it left. Thank you Cavan and the team.

Had an absolutely brilliant experience with Bisley Removals. The managed to fit us in at late notice once we got our completion date and from then everything was great. we took them up on the packing service (they come in the day before and literally pack everything for you!) and everything was done so well. On our move day the team were great! Taking apart all the furniture and reassembling at our new home. The best bit was, as we got our keys quite early, other teams that were waiting on their jobs to complete came and helped move us in the meantime! Every member of the team was very professional and polite and nothing was too much trouble from the team in the office to all the guys we had with us on the day. And very reasonable on price for the service you receive! A big thank you to everyone there!

Professional service from start to finish and would highly recommend using Bisley Removal Services. We moved from a large 7 bedroom house with a lot of large heavy furniture, into a short term rental. The team were very cheerful and willing, nothing seemed too much trouble - some of our furniture must have weighed as much as an elephant! I highly recommend Cavan, his daughter Charley in the office and all the amazing team at Bisley Removals for a stress free, breakage free and totally enjoyable actual moving experience! Even if we did all nearly melt in the heat!! It far exceeded our expectations and after all the traumas of our buying/selling process it was a relief to be able to hand over all the packing and logistics to the Bisley Removals team. You have been so lovely in the way you’ve responded to all my enquiries and I should say that of the 3 quotes I initially got back in June, you were the only kind soul to reply to me when I had to cancel all the quotes when we thought we’d lost our buyer. We weren’t without the odd drama as Stuart was so efficient on the Wednesday with his packing that a few vital things got packed which I hadn’t isolated, entirely my fault ....my purse/handbags, Brian’s medication (😉) and his tool boxes needed for taking the bed down on the last morning...! Oh and his mini cheddars which he was most upset about!!! 🤣😂 That aside it was a highly professional job done and we are very grateful for the hard work, friendliness and conscientiousness of every member of the team...and I think we saw a lot of them over the 3 days! Finally, thank you for being so accommodating with our fairly large collection of pots and plants and to be able to leave them to be packed on the Friday morning, in that heat, was very reassuring. We were very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the removal team. Very punctual each morning and spread the job over three days. Provided us with a supply of boxes and tape etc in advance for items we wanted to pack. The team doing all the packing did a great job in labelling and transporting our belongings safely. There is an awful lot going on around the time of moving and it was a relief to us that the team just cracked on with their business and took a lot of the stress away. What can I say, absolutely superb, moved from New Haw to Farnborough, they turned up on time, worked extremely hard in packing everything from all household items to all garden pots, chairs and shed contents, once at the new property they very quickly unpacked putting all large items in relevant rooms and boxes where we asked, they were incredibly quick. The whole team worked very well together and were so friendly and helpful. This move had been delayed several times because of Coronavirus but Bisley Removals were very accommodating and everything went without a hitch. Can't say enough about how good they were, so would definitely recommend

Highly recommend Bisley Removals! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish and everyone in the company was extremely friendly and professional and couldn’t have been more helpful. Charley in the office was lovely, we didn’t have a lot of time (moving within a week) but Bisley Removals were very accommodating and Cavan Grainger came to see us to quote the same evening, I had the (very competitive) quote emailed to me the next morning as promised. Bisley Removals provided all the boxes we needed which saved us a small fortune! The day before the move Stu and Rob came to the house and loaded most of our non essential items on to the van, this was really helpful as we were then able to give the house a good clean without everything in the way, the next morning Stu and Chris were with us at the exact time agreed and had loaded the rest of our belongings on to the van by 10.30am. They worked so hard and were really careful with all of our boxes and furniture so nothing was damaged or broken. Once we had completed a team of 5 chaps from Bisley Removals met us at the new house and had carefully unpacked us within a few hours! They even fixed my daughters bed together for us! Bisley Removals are a fantastic company they made our move so easy! Highly recommended! Thank you Cavan and team!

We had to call a couple of times to get the quote emailed over but it was absolutely worth it. They had us booked in and turned up right on time. Their movers were spot on, friendly and had our entire flat emptied in just over an hour. Admittedly we had boxed most things already but they had us out in no time. We had to wait a few hours for our keys to the new house so they took everything to theirs till we were able to move in later that day at no extra cost. To top it off they worked one of the hottest days of the year without a single complaint. Very happy with their service. Would definitely recommend.

Ignore the 1 star reviews! First time we've used a removal service and worth every penny we spent (packing/unpacking and transport) Very pleasant team on the day, and the day before to pack our belongings. Worked in 35 degree August heat and did the job to a very high standard. Would use again. Thank you for your help and issue free move.

We cannot praise Bisley Removals highly enough. They were extremely flexible and managed to fit us in at only 8 days notice after 15 months of waiting for our completion date to be announced. We made use of the packing service and we are so glad we did. The day prior to our move the van arrived with Ken and Mark, later joined by Jay and it was so easy for us that we went out for coffee, and lunch, and yet another coffee, while the team packed the main bulk of our belongings and took them away. On the day of the move the remainder of our goods were out of the house by 1030 which gave us time to clean and prepare the house for the new owners, and have another coffee. With an early completion we picked up the keys and the vans arrived with Mark and Gavin who worked like Trojans. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all we had to do was keep them supplied with tea, coffee and biscuits and by 5pm we were in our new house with everything in the right room. Our clothes never left the drawers, our hanging clothes were transported on a hanging rail and put straight into the wardrobes at the new house, it really was the easiest and best managed move we have had, and having been in the services we've had a few! Can't recommend them enough, really nice people, great at what they do, they also supply the boxes or pack on the day (or a bit of both) they made it very easy to move! I've used them a few times in recent years and I would recommend the packing service, so much better and fantastic that they built the beds and furniture again at the new house.

Please ignore the previous post. Just a disgruntled customer who cannot get the company he wants to move him as we are already booked.! We moved this customer into the property seven years ago and so they came back to us as we done an amazing job last time. Had him booked in, held the date without taking a deposit, he then cancelled at last moment. We charged him no cancellation fee. He then comes up with another date, we explain how busy things are and we cannot hold the date without exchange of contracts. Customer refuses to pay a deposit to hold the date. We are in touch with the solicitors and the estate agents who are handling the sale, they inform us it is unlikely they will exchange. We do the honourable thing which is explain our situation so that we do not give his place away without letting him know, he then rings office 8 times at 7.20pm at night demanding explanation, then rings first thing and tells me that if the job falls through again at last moment then that's my problem. Rings office later is rude and abusive to my daughter !!! will not ring back to apologise, ( you do not speak to a lady like he has !! ) Has now booked another company in Farnborough, not sure how without exchange of contacts ?? . Best thing of all, we are still doing the move to Somerset, that GENTLEMAN and I mean GENTLEMAN, fully understands the predicament we are in and is happy to keep in touch to let us know how things are going. Moral of the story, people get messed around by incompetent solicitors and we are the ones who get let down and messed around and get the brunt of peoples frustration. We have been moving people for 30 years and unfortunately when we are booked, we are booked, I do not hire in vehicles and staff just to make a fast buck, it is with our own vehicles and staff or we cannot carry out your move. Sorry, that's the way it is. Best wishes to Mr Dennis, hope all goes well for you, rest assured we will have your vendors property cleared and loaded ready for you guys. XXX

*We were moved from a 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette.* Brilliant removal company. We paid for the service where they come and pack everything as it is because we have a baby and a toddler. They arrived at 9am on the day before moving to pack and load the lorry with everything except what was needed overnight. They were done by 1pm, leaving us lots of time to clean the place for the new owners. The staff were friendly and got on with the job quickly and efficiently but also with good care for our belongings. Unloading at the new house was just as quick and they were great at following instructions of where to put boxes. Hopefully won't be moving for a while but would definitely use them again.
