Tom and his team were very nice and professional. Tom response super quick and clear for whatever questions we have. They helped us to move from a 2 bedroom to another 2 bedroom flat in Woking. All works done very well. They also helped the disassemble and installation of our Ikea beds too. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience working with Tom and team. Took both packing and shipping service and they paid every attention to detail- ensuring the boxes are labelled correctly, stored in the van as per given instructions and transported to the designated location and rooms. Tom and his team were fantastic! They worked non stop to get us moved, I can not recommend them enough. Tom provided us with a packing service and included the disassemble/reassemble of beds at a brilliant price. Tom is an absolute legend and made our move easy & stress free. Nothing got broken, they were reliable and extremely professional through out the move.

Tom and his team were my saviors. It was such a chaotic day - completion was done just day before and british heart foundation didn’t turn up so my unwanted bulky items had nowhere to go. Tom helped to deliver these to the BHF and local charity shop by himself so I was able to move my stuffs to my new home as planned. My schedule was also so uncertain but he was very flexible and waited to the very last moment. There are reasons why his reviews are all five stars!! I cannot recommend KT Transport highly enough. Thomas is a great communicator. He explains clearly what the options are, and his quote clearly explains what is offered. He was super flexible when our dates changed (more than once). He was also helpful providing a recommendation for storage when we had gap moving out and in. His team are helpful, they go the extra mile and take care of your belongings. They also happen to be nice people. Which is super important at a stressful time. Thank you Thomas and the team. Tom and his team helped with my move last week and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. From the first email I sent, Tom was really helpful and friendly. The guys picked up a load of stuff in Surrey, and then came up to London to load up more stuff, and then deliver the lot to my new address. There were some tricky access issues but they handled it with no problems. They couldn't have been more friendly, and were really careful with my stuff. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Tom is a great guy- what you see is what you get, never felt swindled as perfectly professional to communicate- in time to start and complete the task - and most significantly listens intently to customer and follows it to their request. I was quite pleasantly surprised to see him stay back past the stipulated time to fix a few pieces of heavy furniture that I and missus would not be able to do ourself (as he himself remarked and just got on to do it) and then refused to accept extra. His smiling face, pleasant Demeanour and calm nature itself is a reason enough to call him back, that we have already done four times around!!! I wish Tom great successes as I hear that his business is flourishing and a new branch is in the offing. Honesty and hard work does pay!

We didn't actually need a 'man and van' just some muscle as we were moving from one flat to another in the same block. Tom was very consultative during my initial call with him, explaining different options to me that would get the job done in the quickest time at the most reasonable price. The three guys were a great team and very helpful - despite having to lug a large sofa up three floors of stairs. I would wholeheartedly use them again and recommend to others. This was the second time I used Tom and his crew to move. The quote was fair and he kept in touch prior to the shift.They turned up on time and ready to go. It was a mixed bag of a day weather wise but the team worked tirelessly to ensure my belongings were seamlessly moved from Chobham to Winchester. These guys work like Trojans! Firstly, thank you Tom and crew! You made our move quick and easier. We asked KT for a quote, they responded quickly. After contacting other firms, we went with KT as we felt their quote was very reasonable, after I contacted them to accept their quote I had a few questions, which they answered, and set my mind at ease. On the day of the move, they gave us a call 30 minutes before they arrived, after arriving and parking, they removed all the items very quickly and efficiently. On arrival at our new flat they once again were quick and efficient. They are a very polite and friendly crew. Worth hiring, when we decide to move in the future, we'll be sure to use their service again.

Tom and his team did an excellent job in handling our move on 20th Dec. They were very punctual, moved everything with great care and thought. They took alot of trouble in moving furniture into the allocated rooms. They were mindful of making sure that the carpets were covered with dust sheets . Nothing was too much for Tom. He and his team went the extra mile. Thank you Tom . We have no heitation in recommending them.

Worked with them for the second time just this last week, and again they were amazing. Very nice people, good humour and hard working, they always make the move less stressful. I shop around quite a lot, and I have always found that their price is on spot (you can get cheaper, but with less quality...). I can't rate these guys highly enough. Reliable, arrived on time, honest hourly charging which started once they arrived (they didn't add travel time), they took great care with my fragile furniture and they also have seen it all before and know the ups and downs of removals and adapted as necessary.
