They didn't have the one I wanted in stock but the alternative was more than perfect for my needs and very pretty. The person on the phone was very helpful in sorting everything out and the scooter was delivered on the day that they said, I can't remember the name of the person exactly. It was delivered and the driver was very nice and took it off the pallet, unwrapped it and let me try it before he left. Overall i'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend this company.
