Really pleased with our water softener install. I wanted the unit to sit inside a cupboard that already accommodates a Quooker boiling tap cylinder and integrated bin. Scott came to do the initial survey and Luke carried out the install. Both were really friendly and professional, as are the office team who made the appointment and raised the quotes/invoice and I can't recommend this business highly enough. Scott even spotted a small leak on the plumbing prior to fitment which he rectified without charge whilst carrying out the survey visit.

Highly recommended. So glad we went with them, even though they weren't the closest company that fits water softeners and we had to pay extra for the travel to Oxford. Kristie was very informative over the phone and commincated clearly by e-mail. Scott did a great job fitting the Kinetico and water tap with filter. When the Kinetico didn't fit where we had initially planned it to go, he used his experience and inventiveness to place it in a separate cupboard under the kitchen island with no fuss. Very friendly small business, who went through a full check at my property to help me decide the best way to install and which softner would be best for my needs. Scott installed the larger water softener for me and after some teething problems, which he sorted out quickly and efficiently, it has run perfectly and having soft water is proving to be a very pleasant experience. Kettle is limescale free and I'm not having to descale anywhere near as much and bathrooms and kitchen are very easy to clean. I am very pleased I took the plunge and got one and also pleased I used Scott as he is very professional, fast and tidy.

Scott had installed a water softener for our friends who were impressed with the result and service received. We decided to go ahead but did identify we had limited space under our sink. By talking to Lauren in the office and sending a photo of our under sink space a compact machine was identified as our best option. Full technical details of the suggested water softener was e-mailed to me and we decided to go ahead. Scott and Luke arrived on time on the day booked and carried out the fitting of the new softener and drinking water system in a professional and tidy manner. Luke then showed both my wife and I how to load the softener and explained the running program of our chosen machine. I must say we were very impressed with the customer service from the very first contact to the completion of the job. We decided to sign up by annual subscription for our softener to be serviced once a year. We would recommend Scott Jenkins Water Softeners.

What a lovely company to deal with. I called Scott Jenkins Water Softeners in the morning and spoke to Christie who was very friendly and professional, to see if I could get advice re my exising installation. Within a couple of hours, I received excellent advice from Luke, one of their engineers, which has resulted in me having a new Kinetico softener being fitted as well as a new drinking water filter and tap. I also signed up for the yearly service which at this time is £65 for which I will receive a service to the Kinetico softener and a filter change for the water filter. All by day end. In the late afternoon I spoke with Lauren who was also very friendly and professional. What lovely staff this company has, Christie, Lauren and Luke were so friendly with Luke the engineer giving very good advice and making an excellent job of both installatations. I highly recommend this company for a very friendly and professional experience with top quality equipment and installation.

Despite three visits from Luke at Scott Jenkins to try and fix the leak in my old softener, sadly it had reached the end of the road and I now have a lovely brand new one! Luke's work was quick and efficient - thank you! Although the purchase of a water softener is quite an outlay, having softened water makes everything easier: hair feels better, skin feels better, cleaning is easy (hardly need any household cleaners), and presumably long-term it's good for central heating pipes, washing machine, etc. Good local firm; great service!

Excellent service. Would recommend water softener our house is so easy to keep free of limescale, it doesn’t exist now. Shower heads, screens and taps are free of scale & easy to clean. Even toilet bowl is free of limescale. This has almost eliminated the need for limescale products. Our new kettle has not required scale remover and no longer get the scale in the tea cup!!! My skin and hair are now soft and not dry, again I’ve cut down on products, especially in the bath. Overall, I would strongly recommend investing in a water softer.

5 stars on all counts. Rarely these days can I give credit to British workmanship. Today, was an exception. I cannot praise Scott and Luke enough. They went about their business in a quiet, professional way. Scott explained how everything works he also set-up an online account for us too. I didn't have to do anything g other than choose a password. What more could anybody ask for? The whole installation has been faultless. The unit itself, is compact and practically silent. Highly recommend! Scott has been servicing my existing Kinetico softener and providing me with block salt at a very competitive price for the last five years. I recently had a new kitchen fitted and he suggested a three way tap incorporating an in line drinking water filter. This is just brilliant - no more filtered water getting to room temperature/stagnating on the work surface. Scott changes the filter each year when he delivers my block salt. As Scott’s ‘organiser’ nothing is too much trouble for her to facilitate- so lovely to talk to someone who obviously enjoys her job on the end of the phone. Thank you.

Scott recently supplied and installed an EcoWater Evolution Refiner Power system in our home. We are happy with the improvement in our water quality. The overall experience has been very good. Scott visited to advise us on the most suitable machine for our household and also liaised with our plumber to ensure the correct connections to and from the system. Communications throughout were good - we knew what to expect and when. The installation went pretty smoothly, taking a little longer than expected because, on checking the initial set-up, Scott found a small problem causing a slight leak but he made sure that that was resolved to his own satisfaction before he left. After-sales support seems strong too - Scott has stayed in touch, however we have not needed anything to date. Recommended!

We had our water softener installed a week ago . I have to say it has made such a difference compared to the very hard water we have endured over the years. Water tastes better, Items out of the dish washer are much more shiny , we don't need so much shampoo when showering and skin feels softer . We did water tests before and after installation and within one day the test results showed from very hard water to soft. We had been contemplating a water softener for years and had previously had a few ridiculous quotes and sales pitches!! We contacted Scott at Scott Jenkins water softeners. He arrived on time as arranged and was a absolute pleasure to meet. He was so genuine and knowledgeable about his products. He didn’t push us or try to sell us the most expensive products like others. He advised what was best for us and not the best earner for him!!! I have a Harvey twinnteck double salt block water softener which the brine tank started to overflow and was really useing a hell of a lot of my salt, when I asked Harvey softners for an appointment for an engineer to attend my home to carry out a service/breakdown I was informed the appointment wouldn't be for at least a month which was a ridiculous time and after complaining I was informed they didn't have enough engineers. Luckily I'm pretty technical and new how to put the softener into bypass, my complaint to them was if they haven't enough engineers to carry out breakdowns to there existing customers why are they advertising there softeners constantly on FACEBOOK!!! I am absolutely DISGUSTED WITH HARVEY SOFTNERS (after service) and would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. Due to requiring my softner repaired as soon as possible I contacted SCOTT JENKINS SOFTNERS at Bognor Regis and they were unbelievabley HELPFULL in getting my softener up and running in such a short period of time thanks to CHRISTY, LAUREN, and SCOTT and I would definitely recommend that you contact them if you are haveing the same problem or thinking of buying a softner from a company with excellent after service.

Really pleased with our water softener install. We had a large one (about 4ft tall) and it was installed seamlessly in the garage within 2 hours from start to finish. Whole house has softened water and no water spots on the cars when cleaned or the shower screens which were my main objectives but so many other benefits too!
