M. S.Good but could be great. My husband and I have been using this storage facility for a while now as it is near where he works so makes life a bit easier.
The staff are very friendly, both the South African man and the lady we often deal with and I cannot fault their friendliness and customer service. The storage unit itself is great, clean, bright and dry with multiple access points that you can reverse a vehicle right up to and lots of large trolleys to carry even the largest and most heaviest of items with ease.
I only really have two gripes
1 - Not open Sundays or on a weekday evening. This pretty much limits you to going on a Saturday which isn't very useful sometimes.
2 - Christmas and New Year Opening Hours - Despite it being possible to update the website and the Google My Business listing to clearly communicate limited access over the Christmas and new year holidays, neither were. Instead, an A4 piece of paper was stuck up on the inside of the main entrance window saying when the storage unit would be open (which was a complete shut down between Christmas and 2nd January). Given the storage unit is way out of town, that is quite a trek to make thinking the unit is open (based on what the website and GMB listing said) to then find out it isn't open.
So with better communication and extended opening hours that better matches modern societies needs, this would be a great storage unit.
Either way, I would still recommend based on the facilities themselves and the friendliness of the staff.
