We worked with Pickfords to help empty our building of 26+ years of 'stuff' and decide what to keep in storage. The storage facility itself is very high quality and the team make it easy to come and go as we need to. We worked with David Smith in setting up our unit and he has repeatedly gone above and beyond to help us move/store what we need. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from David, from initial enquiry right through to helping move items to storage. Very helpful customer-focussed handling of enquiry to ensure we had what we needed. Paperwork all in place easily, and nothing has been too much trouble. Super helpful to have flexibility for small vanloads to be taken when they were ready - not something I've seen offered by other self-stores which is a definite selling point for using Pickfords. Would highly recommend to others and have done so already.

Been using the facility for over a year now and just cleared my unit. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout the period. The facility is getting a bit tired now compared to some I’ve used, but convenience of being in the city centre outweighed this factor. Would recommend and would definitely use again

Just vacated unit after 7 months. Staff were very friendly and helpful, from getting the quote, all the way through. All charges confirmed upfront and no surprises. Being closed on Sundays is a little inconvenient.
