We found an F Pace that we loved on the Jaguar Approved Used website, it was in Coventry but we live down near Chichester. Ryan at Sytner Coventry made the whole process so straightforward - he sent us a detailed video of the car then drove it down to the South Coast for us! From the moment we walked into the dealership we were made very welcome, everyone is happy/smiling and pleased to see us.
The whole place is clean, bright and modern, every current model is on show, which you can look at and sit in without anyone looking over your shoulder.
The information on the Jaguar website is very extensive so we had researched prior to our arrival, with that we knew what we wanted.
But it cannot compare to the personal touch which we received from Trevor Edwards, he is a Sales Specialist at Guy Salmon Jaguar and he explained everything to us and answered all our questions, even after his colleagues had gone home at the end of the day.
After meeting the very nice Trevor and his equally nice colleague Kris Wells the Business Manager again the following week, we were ready to collect our new Jag which was arriving from the JLR factory, they had prepared the car for the following Tuesday for our arrival with all the options checked.
After meeting with Trevor and Kris to sign the last paperwork the keys were ours, Trevor then showed us our new Jag which was parked pride of place in front of the entrance doors, any questions about our car we had were soon answered and explained fully by Trevor, the car is simply awesome and looks fantastic.
I heartily recommend this dealership as they are very attentive to their customers, with follow up emails and video emails being sent after every meeting from Trevor and Kris.
Great coffee too and all staff are very welcoming.
We will be back.

Kevin Scott is an absolute professional when dealing with a customer, I was made to feel so welcome , not rushed and nothing was a problem for Kevin I had 3 different test drives in a day.
Once I had chosen my new car , everything was a breeze, paperwork, information and updating me on progress was second to none . Once I had picked my car up Kevin spent time with me explaining how everything worked, servicing , breakdown service and GAP insurance .
Kevin is an enormous asset to the group and I hope he is still there when I come to change my car and upgrade as he has so much knowledge on the product he sells.
I would also like to add how all of the staff I dealt with from reception across the board are so friendly and welcoming . Scott Williams was also a Great help on my visit and assisted with explaining all payment plans I could go for when I part exchanged my car and helped me complete the deal.

5 star customer service from a team who go about their work with smiles on their faces welcoming and valuing their customers There aren’t many sales establishments you can enter where you are served refreshments by the manger. A big thanks to the Jaguar sales team and an even bigger thanks to the body shop manager down the road at Land Rover. who, instead of giving me an estimate to remove scratches from my Jaguar (sustained when I stupidly went through an automated car wash which broke down and the dislodged brushes caused the damage) spent almost half an hour polishing out the scratches himself. Wow!! Talk about (after sales) customer service. All hail Michelle and Jaguar sales team. Guy Salmon Jaguar and Land Rover, your the best.

I collected my car a couple of weeks ago and what a breath of fresh air Guy Salmon Jaguar, Coventry are compared to other JLR dealerships in the area. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly and efficient reception staff who quickly passed me to Kevin Scott a sales representative. My first experience with Jaguar Coventry and must say I am very impressed. Called to view a Jaguar XF and was warmly welcomed by receptionist Michelle who advised the salesperson would be approx 1hour as dealing with another customer. I requested if I could sit in the car and she then introduced Neal, salesman, who provided the keys so that I could view it. Advised that I had arranged a test drive elsewhere, he would not let me leave until I had driven the car. Neal was knowledgeable and following the test drive, and negotiating a fair part exchange, the deal was done. The handover was professional and all documents explained. My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Guy Salmon Jaguar garage in Coventry recently. We were greeted by a very friendly lady receptionist who arranged coffee for us. We had made an appointment to see one of the Salesman (Anthony Griffith). He greeted us warmly and took us outside to look at the car we were interested in. He explained everything to us and we then had a 40 minute test drive. When we got back to the garage we decided to buy the car. Anthony was very professional and helpful the whole time. We also met Scott who advised us on a couple of matters. He was also very helpful and professional. We returned to collect the car a few days later and Anthony very kindly picked us up from the car hire firm at Birmingham Airport and took us back to the garage where we collected the car. All the paperwork was completed swiftly and the car had been prepared to a high standard. There was even a poster on the car saying congratulations on your purchase and we were also given a lovely bunch of flowers.
Anthony spent a lot of time explaining all the features on the car also.

Some of the previous comments about the staff are so insulting and, in my dealings, totally untrue. Purchased a used approved FPACE. Neal Webb was honest, knew his Jags and specs! He found the perfect car for us which ticked all the boxes. Advised us on how to market our Q5 and get the best price for it via private sale.... Neal organised for our Q5 to be washed and valeted at Jaguar ready to be advertised on Auto Trader. I sold the vehicle within a week of putting a deposit down on the FPACE. After purchase we noticed damage to the passenger door which Neal promised to have sorted for us. During our purchase the staff did an amazing job keeping our young children busy while we dealt with the finer details of the purchase with Neal. Definitely going back for an upgrade in a few years.

We recently purchased the Jaguar XF,we brought it blind really as it was down south and saw all the pics of the vehicle on line.We had dealings with Kevin Scott from beginning to end.
From the moment we had telephone contact to walking through the showroom doors we had COMPLETE faith,we took a car on a test run to see how it felt as it's our first time of having a Jaguar.IT WAS AMAZING!!
We went ahead and put the deposit down for it to be transferred to Coventry,it arrived and when I saw it on the forecourt I fell in love..
The day came for us to collect it,it was like Christmas haha!!!
Over the first few days we noticed a few marks on the interior.we spoke to Guy Salmon and we forwarded some pics across.They had the Vehicle in and sorted it for us at NO cost.
I cannot explain how it feels to be the owner of the Jaguar XF :)
