S. K.Would have been a great place to visit. These places are very important to our history. Sadly, despite confirming they were open, when I got there, they weren't. Felt a bit let down, especially with their lame excuses at the door.

L. S.Fascinating museum. Well worth a free visit tho I am sure a donation will be very acceptable. You can find your great great grandfathers service records here as well as the uniform he wore and kit he had to fight with. A brilliant gem of a place. Long may it continue. A great place to take the kids and a resource for history teachers and students in the West of Scotland.
G.I took part in a tour of their museum and I must say it was thoroughly enjoyable, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and took his time to go over everything in the tour.
I am certainly planning to go back and do another tour in the future.

J. G.A fascinating and emotive museum which seems be forgotten about being at "wrong" end of Sauchiehall Street.Very well presented and a very efficient staff.Very disappointed I could not stay longer but will be back for a long visit in next few months.
The building does have a WATER GENERATED LIFT designed by CHARLES RENNIE MACKINTOSH.which I suggest is publicised more to attract more visitors. .
