We left our 2 cases at Waterloo Food and Wine store when we first arrived so that we could go and explore for the day. I had read comments that it was difficult to find but using maps we found this fine. The man who took our bags was lovely and kept them safe. We were leaving Friday so decided to book the same place to leave our bags again. Really good service, would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service, I did have some doubts at first but once I got to my drop off point the people who managed the shop were really helpful and welcoming. My cases were zip locked for extra security by the shop owners and I felt really safe leaving my possessions in their hands. This is a brilliant service and would highly recommend this to anyone.

It’s the first time I’ve used the service and I was pleasantly surprised. It was incredibly easy and I’d definitely use again. If I had any feedback it’s that when the guy opened his secure store and put my bag in there were 2 other black cases that looked the same. There didn’t seem to be a tag put on bag, maybe he took a picture but all day I was dreading the other black case owner getting my bag! So if anything, some reassurance or explanation of how they know what’s your bag other than memory would have helped. But I have no complaints at all, the service was great, the shop owner competent and friendly.

Great team, great service! You can usually tell how good a team is when things go wrong… I happen to be one of those bad luck cases where the employee of the storage location broke my bag wheels and handle. I contacted the Radical team and they were very kind and supportive since day 1. In the end everything was solved so I can definitely recommend the service and will use them again now I see how they deal with problematic situations!

I used the one near Euston station - it was a 5 minute walk away and I received detailed location information and a map on the confirmation email. When I got to the shop, I was served straight away and asked to take my own photograph of my bag with a number card provided so I had my own record. They scanned my QR code and I received an email confirming my bag had been checked in. Picking it back up was also really quick and easy. I think this was a bargain price at £5 and I would use the service again.

Our hotel wanted to charge us £50!!!!!! To leave our bags whilst we went to see a matinee show. Thanks to Google I found radical storage and paid just £10 ! I didn’t know that bag storage existed and this literally saved us missing a show that I booked on the wrong day! Having this facility meant we could leave our bags near the station we were traveling home from and make the show in a mad rush. It was easy to book and easy to deposit and pick up the bags. I was skeptical and kept reading & rereading the comments. I would definitely recommend this service. The shop is literally 5 mins away and the staff very friendly, checkin took literally minutes, take a photo of the number allocated to your luggage and off you go. Collection just as easy show the photo of number and they bring your luggage to you..

I arrived back from Argentina on Monday morning to London Heathrow and my train to Edinburgh was at night so instead of carrying my suitcase around all day I paid £5 to leave my heavy suitcase here all day, which was a godsend I was even slightly late (trains) and it wasn't an issue. Service easy to use, staff very pleasant and friendly, definitely recommend and will use again.

The map didn’t show me that the storage facility was the basement of a souvenir shop, and there was no way of guessing, without going into several shop and asking questions on the off-chance they knew where the storage place was. The shopkeeper, Dos, was very friendly and helpful and I had complete confidence in him and leaving my bag in his basement. It’s a great system, but the app’s map was very unhelpful.

Right by the entrance to London Bridge Station. Very quick and convenient. Only thing is that I think closing times varies by the day so double check this when you drop off your bag.

Booked a location in London (Jimmy’s and Son, Leicester Sq), turned up to find the place closed with a “back in 5 mins” sign on door. After a 10min wait we’d had enough, contacted Radical via Chat and they were fantastic - rebooked another location nearby, and all worked perfectly. Walked past previous location another 15mins later and it was still closed!

Very convenient to be able to choose from a variety of locations to store luggage. After booking I learned that I could no be travelling via Victoria station because of maintenance work but Radical Storage moved the booking to another location after a simple message and I received an updated booking. Easy to drop off your luggage during a hectic trip between Air BNBs. Will use again. They really do charge by the bag no matter how small. Of you have several small bags place them in a bin bag and they will count as one.

The process was very straightforward and the service from Waterloo Food and Wine (where the bag was stored) excellent. I realised at the last minute, having attended a trade show in London) that I wouldn't be able to take my luggage to the theatre so booked through the Radical App. The shop was a very short walk from the station, the check in and out via a barcode worked extremely well and, having booked storage from 5pm, the store were very flexible in allowing me to drop my bag at 3.30 without any additional cost. Thoroughly recommended.

My experience making the booking, leaving and collecting my bag was excellent and faultless. I am so happy that I found this service. However, if I ever have a problem I would have no confidence with the Radical customer services team. For the last 2 days I have been messaging them trying to find out what the company/ transaction is labelled as on my bank statement (I am trying to find out if a weirdly labelled transaction on my statement is fraud or them). The customer services replies quite promptly but it's like having a conversation with a stoned person. They don't answer the question and what they write doesn't quite make sense. They have offered a couple of suggestions as to what they think their company transaction might be called and they bear no relationship to anything I have on my bank statement. So, either they have not charged me for the service, or their customer service is clueless and unable to resolve issues.

This is a great idea and something travelers in London have needed. The hotel I used has stopped looking after bags when you check out and sightseeing with your luggage is out of the question. The drop off point was 3 minutes away and using the app was so easy. The staff were so helpful and kind. On the app is a map with directions. I can't phrase this enough for helping me enjoy my day.

Excellent drop off service with kindly shop officer on duty. Encouraged by this to spend extra in store. Bags looked after very well and great email communication. Collection shop officers were alas rather curt and the main worker on shift wasn't particularly welcoming either. I didn't like the manner in which he dictated to the worker tasked with retrieval of the bags and it was noticeable that he was like this with other tasks such as dealing with deliveroo couriers. This chap certainly needs a crash course in customer service, and would do well to learn from the initial chap that dealt with us and the poor shop 'servant'

I used a Nisa supermarket hub that was less than 5 minutes walk from Euston station as the Excess Baggage store within the station was more than twice as expensive and closed at 20:00. The (pre-booked) drop-off and collection were straightforward and efficient and the agents were polite and completely trustworthy. I shall definitely use the Radical Storage app as my first choice bag storage option in future and as it is so cheap I shall probably drop bags off when I would otherwise have carried them with me. This is a great idea and a much needed market disrupter. I am very impressed.

Much cheaper than luggage hero or the train station storage which I had a bad experience of on my arrival to London. The location in Liverpool Street was hard to find as it was a 10 minute walk from the station and didn't give a picture. Also the shop wasn't open when we arrived leading me to ask 2 other businesses first if they were the bag storage location. The late opening of the shop was a concern but didn't impact the cost as we planned to be there over 5 hours anyway so the max cost applied. The shop attendant was very polite and apologized for being late a few times.

We were a bit confused at first and not sure if we’re at the correct location. But everything else went very smoothly!

It worked OK but was all very insecure. The staff member behind the counter just asked to see my e-mail booking confirmation. No receipt/tag or record was taken or provided linking my bag to me. The bag was just kept by the shelves in the store (not even behind a counter) and on collection I was just allowed to take it with no proper check of my details.

I'm sure all the information was there to help me, but as I wasn't expecting a shop so I wasn't looking for one. Head towards Lower Marsh as you come out of Waterloo station. The chap was very friendly and lots of smiles. He takes photos of your luggage and you need your code from your email . Just a five minute walk from Waterloo station so very useful however, not easy to find as it is situated inside a newsagent and there was only a hand written sign on the door that is easily missed. Having said that, it was safe and secure and the guy there was very helpful and accommodating. They take a photo of your luggage when you arrive and it’s locked in a room. Wasn’t sure it was safe at first but I’ve used it twice now with no problems so would recommend if you’re travelling around London and don’t want to lug your bags with you.

The shop were very helpful and stored the bag securely. It was a short distance from the station. Four stars only because the app doesn't work unless the shop has a reader, which this one didn't. The shop keeper tried scanning through my emails until I asked why and stopped him. This was awkward (for him too). You need to provide shops with a scanner or make the booking details clear on the same email as the QR code.

We used the radical storage by Waterloo Station Google maps took us a longer way but actually about an 8 min walk. It is in a little newsagents. Think parcel collection from independent stores and this is what you have! Get a QR code Say you have bags to leave and then QR code zapped. Bags photographed and into their storage cupboard ( which is the shop store cupboard) All quick and easy. QR code to collect bags on return, quick and easy again and off you go! We will certainly use radical storage again. Great idea. With a good price of fiver a bag.
