Lovely hotel, absolutely spotless. Very comfortable rooms, excellent customer service, staff went above and beyond to make my stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. Can't fault them, I will definitely return!

Excellent location for attending the theatre. Only real complaint was that the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The room was a bit small for the price but I guess you're paying for location. Bathroom was lovely and very clean. The breakfast was one of the nicest hotel breakfasts we've had. The scrambled eggs were delicious. We had a drink in the bar and the cocktails were perfect. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nothing to fault here at all. The room was so comfortable and clean with great furniture. The shower room was stunning. I told my husband that this is what I want at home I was so impressed! Lovely toiletries too. The whole experience was one of real luxury. We had breakfast delivered and again, nothing but exemplary, Slough I'd not order the healthy option as that amount of chilli first thing was too much. I was more than happy to stay in the room until the last minute, it was so comfortable. I'm definitely coming back. 5⭐'s from me.

We came here for the Fawlty Towers dining experience. Prior to being in the dining room we sat for a drink in the main bar area. Absolutely gorgeous area. It was Immaculately clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and attentive.
Our dining experience was one of a kind. Have never laughed so hard for such a long time. In amongst the comedy, the food was love. All cooked perfectly. No complaints from us. We would love to return for an over night stay.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for one night only and were so impressed with the hotel. From check-in to check-out the staff were extremely courteous. Sometimes you visit a hotel and the 'ambience' is just perfect. Thats how it felt.
We went down for breakfast the following morning and have never met such professional ,kind and helpful staff. Nothing was too much effort everything came with a smile.
Finally, we asked for a 2 hour extension on our check-out. Expecting a refusal as it was so busy the gentleman disappeared for a few seconds only to return and say that was fine. No fuss !!
What a wonderful team. It's not often we see hotels where everyone is so connected professionally.
Will definitely book again.

Great location. Comfortable beds and a great shower. But breakfast was slow, we had a little trouble with our room keys and the pictures in the rooms were disturbing. Altogether a lovely stay though.
N. M.
The breakfast was lovely, lived in the family corner room and loved the experience. The washroom even had a hot towel rack where I could dry my clothes in the winter. Also good value for the money we give.
R. G.
Fantastic central London hotel great staff. Had a few cocktails at the bar I would highly recommend a visit. For parking there is a very secure NCP car park 5 min walk for, 30 quid for 24 hours, if you book in advanced.

Stayed for the weekend, was a beautiful, clean place. The staff were excellent, the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had. Will be visiting again
M. L.
Fantastic staff very friendly and do anything to help you. Beautiful and clean. Great gym. Breakfast fantastic. A happy stay.
C. M.
Great location, clean comfortable room and quiet. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff too.
J. B.
Very nice hotel. Smartly decorated and good service. The windows in our room weren't really up to the job of keeping out city centre noise, so it was a much noisier night than other London hotels we've stayed in.
T. A.
Friendly Staff. Stylish and modern. Room was on the small side, but the bathroom was gorgeous. Room was spotlessly clean. I would def stay again.

Rooms are pretty small for the price but the restaurant downstairs is absolutely fantastic and the breakfast is 5 ⭐️ !!!!! Wraps of lamb and those with haloumi cheese are simply delicious 🤤

2 stars for location it's near Covent garden another for how clean it was. However bathroom was tiny, no drinks in minibar or no room service for drinks, no lamps next to bed either full light or darkness, also we're told they were taking a pre authorisation of our card and we could pay how we wanted on checkout this didn't happen they took the money on the pre authorisation. It was an OK hotel but stayed in better for much less and they included breakfast.
R. A.
Nice and modern hotel. Very clean, excellent location, comfortable rooms. But most of all amazing stuff and service.
I. E.
Nice hotel good location. Only slight issue with the key cards in the lift and doors....they don't work necessitating numerous visits to the desk.
S.
Lovely hotel but room service was at a snail pace .Waited over an hour for milk in the morning

I think this is the best hotel I've stayed in ever.
Originally booked into Radisson Blu edwardian Kenilworth (via last minute), I was told I was in the hotel directly across the road. The lobby was lovely and air conditioned (much needed on the hottest week of the year). The lobby restrooms are absolutely stunning too! Receptionist was polite and professional, told me my original room wasn't ready and if it was ok with me they would change it. Entirely ok with that and they give me the keys and let me check in several hours before I thought I could! Which was amazing after an early morning of travelling. We were on the 4th floor and the room was absolutely lovely and cool (air conditioned). They provide all the necessities and more - bottled water daily, nespresso machine, safe, hairdryer, kettle, teabags, cups, glasses, iron and ironing board. As the shower didn't have a handheld part, they provide you with a 2 little boxes daily with a shower cap, hair tie, nail file and nail stick which I think is just great! The bathroom was lovely and spacious with 2 mirrors. The room has this fantastic feature that let's you hit a button to display a "do not disturb" or "clean room" message outside which I've never seen before. Each time the room was cleaned it was spotless. The only thing I would suggest is that there is a mini fridge in the room for long stay guest. There is a mini fridge that is meant to be filled by the hotel (it was empty- I assume due to covid perhaps however this didn't bother me as I wouldnt have used it). The location is great- 5mins walk to Tottenham court subway. Never got a chance to dine in the restaurant attached to the hotel but it looked gorgeous.
Overall I was more than happy with my stay with Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury. I highly recommend and definitely will use again.

Stayed for 1 night with my wife for our anniversary. We arrived early to drop bags off at 12:30pm but were told our room had been upgraded and we could go right in which was a great surprise. Staff on front desk were extremely professional and helpful.
Only slight complaint which doesn't justify a star reduction as I didn't report it was the shower. The water pressure was really awful. After putting on liberal amounts of free shampoo (you always use double when it's someone else's) I soon realised it was going to be quite an ordeal to get it out. I assumed it couldn't be fixed hence I didn't say anything. Plus when you're naked in a towel it's not an ideal time to be getting the help in.
Anyway, a small point. Nespresso machine in the room! So central in terms of location, you can almost smell the Hawaiian shirts in Soho. Looks impressive from the outside and in.
Thanks for making it special.
W. E.
A one night stay in London at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Clean well equipped room, with a Nespresso coffee machine (always a hit). The hotel was very Covid secure throughout. A small issue with the vegan breakfast did not mar the stay as it was dealt with immediately and professionally. Would absolutely stay here again.
A. H.
Great location and staff are very helpful. Fernando in the Bloomsbury Street kitchen was amazing and very helpful. The beds and especially the pillows were incredible...a great nights sleep was had by all!!
C. H.
As a travel writer during the times of Covid, I found refuge in this amazing hotel.
From the first encounter at reception to the subsequent days stay, I have been impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown to me by staff on all levels. From the housekeeping to management this hotel displays what is necessary for the guest to have comfort, security and a sense of luxurious ambience.
This will be my to go hotel in London from now on.
D. M.
Excellent gym, great place to enjoy breakfast.
Standard rooms are small compared to other Radissons. Excellent service and Prosseco.
I. S.
Original booking (RBE Kenilworth) transferred across the road, probably to consolidate guests and staff while visitor numbers remain covid-constrained. Looks like it has had a refresh during lockdowns and is in a good condition. Shame about one of the two lifts not working while we were there, partly due to the nuisance of keeping distance from other guests, but mostly because we were at the top 9f the building on floor 7 (in a super room!)
L. P.
Amazing staff, lovely stay , made my mother in laws 70th bday a wonderful day , thank u everyone 😊
R. S.
So far so good, here for a couple of days but the welcome couldnt have been more wecolming.

Great hotel to share a trip to London. Close to the British Museum band within walking distance of theatres and other attractions. Breakfast was quick and matched expectations. Very pleasant staff

Had dinner here, lovely hotel great ambience
L. S.
So clean and unique! Loved the hotel and the staff were over the top excellent. So was the food!!
J. D.
Great hotel , excellent location near the British Museum near Tottenham Court Road tube with easy walking distance of covent garden and in the opposite direction to Oxford Circus.only negative my gluten free toast was like warm bread .Plentiful breakfast apart from that
A.
Amazing staff. Everything brilliant. Will stay again
H. R.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Small but comfortable rooms. We had a great time here.
Low rating is because our room had major water leakage during the rain (see photos). Luckily we didn't have any of our stuff in that area or it could have been damaged for sure. It also didn't look safe with all the electric sockets nearby.
M. T.
An absolutely brilliant hotel! The room was spotless and well presented, the facilities excellent. The food was a delight and breakfast was wonderful, and the staff at this hotel in all departments were exceptional, nothing was a problem for them in fact i would go as far as to say that they bent over backwards to help, they are a credit to the hotel and the organisation they represent. And i have to say it was very good value for money! I will definitely be back!👍👍👍

Stayed here a few times now and the staff are fabulous. The rooms are well appointed, very clean and modern and the beds are very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are great with a superb range of cocktails. Breakfast was good, decent quality meat and a good selection of fruits and cereals.

really good hotel nice gym and good facilities well decorated and just a 10 minute walk away from Piccadilly Circus Trafalgar Square Leicester Square and Buckingham palace

The Radisson Blu Bloomsbury was an excellent hotel for two nights in London. It’s in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, it has a very high end feel while still maintaining all of the amenities and comfort that one expects in a business class hotel in a major city. The service was great, not only at the front desk but also the ones you would run into throughout the hotel. The room was small, but comfortable with the bed taking up the majority of the room. The bathroom was large and well appointed. I really like that it had a 110volt plug available next to the bed in addition to USB ports and UK plugs. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to make the air conditioning very cold - just the way we like it. Window in our room was tiny and looked out to a brick wall, but it was the cheapest room available so that is OK. Only negative was the construction going on in the area. It started at 8am and was loud enough to require ear plugs to sleep each day. We also loved the little restaurant “salt and Pepper” that was next door. Can’t wait to return!

I recently stayed at this Radisson Blu for work. There were about 6 of us and it was amazing to see how different our rooms were. I had a great large room that was quiet. Others had small rooms above the restaurant construction. My room was clean and the intent was fast. The location was good for work and was probably not bad for tourists as you could walk to many of the local locations.
N. M.
THE best breakfast (buffet) I have ever had anywhere in the world! It's in a great location - right near British Museum and walking neighborhood. Elegant rooms, large marble bathroom (be careful in shower though). Super helpful concierge. Turkish restaurant kitty corner was excellent too.
J. H.
The staff were friendly always smiled made you feel very welcome the room was clean the bed was very comfortable and the food was delicious
A. M.
Staff are so so so nice and very welcoming, amenities are better than 5 star hotel (Coffee, tea, etc.)
F. W.
Mixed feelings about this place. Very attractive exterior and entrance lobby. Courteous and efficient staff. Smooth check in. Room was clean but very cramped and slightly odd. Wardrobe doors didn't open fully due to bed crammed almost against them. Kept banging knee on bed trying to get around it (multiple bruises!), very dark with poorly arranged lighting and noisy air con. Bathroom was surprisingly good size considering bedroom and clean, relatively newly refurbished I think. However bathroom tap was very wobbly. All in all, ok for one person for one night, but would struggle with 2 people in the room.

London's Top Hotel with good Banquets and Restaurants
Good Staff and Great Service
Had no problems during my stay

good hotel choice in a great area.
Pros:
location - perfect for shopping and central london stay - a very busy area. Be warned the area is under heavy renovations right now (Dec 2019) which hinders mobility a bit.
Service - everyone we interacted with were super friendly and helpful (there were a lot - I remember Rob the concierge, a very nice helpful guy)
Breakfast - good breakfast with all the usual suspects and some in addition as well.
Beds - very comfy, very good night sleep.
Cons:
Hotel is a bit dated, looks like it needs a serious renovation in the near future.
walls are pretty thin and while street noise wasn't a problem (we were in a back room) you do hear people walking in the hallway very loudly.
There is a standard hotel gym which i didn't use, if you need a serious training session while travelling, covent garden pure gym, 7 minutes walk from the hotel offers affordable day passes you can purchase online.
Price - it wasn't cheap but I feel that for the location it wasn't unusual.
This is by no mean a luxurious hotel but it's a good, solid choice in a very central area.

Fawlty towers dining experience was very good and the food was excellent
M. C.
The room was beyond comfortable, and from checking in, I felt very welcome. Very attentive and professional staff.
I would give 6 stars if I could, for the environment friendliness, in particular -- large containers for the shower gel, shampoo, soap.
Amazing breakfast.
A. W.
Room is small and old fashion but clean. Location is very convenient. I like the breakfast which has a variety of food in the salad bar, let me stay full until late afternoon.
S. B.
Went there for a Virgin Experience Faulty Towers 3 course lunch event. The entrance to the hotel and reception area was a nice and clean open area with really helpful staff. The bar for functions was nice, although small with the only real issue being the fact your expected to pay a 10% service charge on everything you buy - although I have no issue with paying this, it would have been nice to actually be aware of this before paying along with a list of prices. The overall event went amazingly though...
O. K.
Decent, basic hotel, better than the other hotel of the same brand nearby. I had an upgrade so my room was more spacious than usual (but still not big except for the bathroom). Showers were super low (~1.75m-1.80m) and room very dark, but otherwise decent hotel.
A. G.
Stayed in deluxe double room, room was quite big, bathroom was big as well. Breakafst had limited options, could have been better. I stayed on the first floor and the music from the restaurant below ( of the hotel itself) was extremely loud which made it difficult to sleep
B. L.
I really like the hotel, the staff are very friendly and attentive. It's really quiet for a central London hotel and the rooms are a fair size, there's at least a wardrobe unlike in some! There's a nice bar and good neighbouring steak restaurant. It's a great location next to covent garden and Oxford agree. Would highly recommend.
C. D.
Excellent place to stay. Highly highly recommend this place. Can't wait for them to open again. Lovely staff and deserves 10/10
a. c.
Classy Hotel in wonderful position. Less than 5 minutes from British museum by foot and 15 mins from Oxford Street. Good buffet at breakfast. Rooms good quality. Size consistent with other central London hotels. Occasionally upgraded to larger..
T. M.
A very warm welcome on arriving for our anniversary. The staff are friendly and make you comfortable. After several minutes there was a miracle and a room was available. I would return to this hotel 100%%, its ideal for a night or a couple of nights on a weekend break.
A. F.
Great location in the city center. Connections and services for any need. Friendly and professional staff. Cleanliness, elegance and excellent maintenance. A particular appreciation for breakfast and for young people who make the restaurant area fresh and unique. Very good
J. C.
We arrived at hotel on friday for a 3 night stay . We had a disabled client with us and from the minute we arrived till the minute we left the staff couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were spotless and really big. The food was great . The waitress Christina was a breath of fresh air in the morning . Putting a smile on our clients face. Also Sidane the concierge was a great help. Pointing us in the right direction for the attractions .hailing taxis for us and generally making our clients stay and ours really enjoyable . Hopefully come back again next year .
S. R.
Enjoyed my stay here as part of a business trip. I asked for a quiet room and it did seem quiet on my floor at least. The service was great, breakfast was extraordinary and overall I was very happy with my stay :)
T. M.
The room was absolutely tiny. The de***d to pay for the stay in full to receive a room key was off putting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were ready which meant we could dump bags and get out and about. We will definitely go back to the hotel again, hopefully next year.
F. K.
A very good hotel! Nice breakfast. Rooms are not that big but clean and have everything is needed including iron and so on. Bathroom is spacious nice and clean.
S. G.
Very nice hotel. Location is an advantage quite near to all main tourist attraction.
J. K.
Good location- not excellent, clean, thats about it, but worth it. Overpriced breakfast- plenty of other breakfast places outside However a hammered bartender is nothing a hotell should have!!!
Slow checking, deposit, we had 2 rooms, one for the kids, and they keept on demanding a credit card from the kids!! 😡
A. S.
Absolutly loved staying here. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we had a fantastic time. We had a room upgrade and pur bed was decorated in love heart swans and petals on our return In the evening. My partner also popped the question during our stay and the hotel staff made it even more memorable.
k. d.
The room was pretty comfortable, although quite small. There was a mini bar, safe, tea/coffee and and iron. The air conditioner was a little hard to work with, and i had to click several times for buttons to work. There was no hairdriar in the room, one could be purchased from hotel for 40 pounds (which i found too pricy).
There is a small gym in the hotel, but I dont see a way for more than two people using it at the same time.
The location is great, close to Oxford street and tube station
M. M.
Love the Radisson Hotel been to quite a few of the sites, birthday occasions, a wedding, a meeting ...
T. M.
Excellent location, near Covent Gardens and businesses. Friendly front-of-house staff. Rooms clean and efficient. Fitness facility was only so-so if you care about that. Also, bar/ restaurant "steak & lobster" just ok. Otherwise, I was quite pleased in price for value.
A. C.
Beautiful place to go and stay. Should be five stars but our room was really a double but had been made into a family. Food was wonderful and breakfast was cracking.
R. H.
British Airways put us up here for a night following a weather cancelation. Our room was small but had excellent appointments. Great rainfall shower, comfortable bed. We ate dinner in the restaurant because we had a voucher. Not worth the price if we'd paid for it ourselves, but it was on the BA dime. Incredibly convenient to the museum and theaters. Safe, thriving area.
T. M.
My wife and I booked this hotel primarily for the location which was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. I had to wait for my room to become available so I was sat in the bar area and offered a vouch for drinks. Tons of restaurants and pubs nearby to chose from. I would recommend this hotel.
K. C.
Had an amazing stay, was given an upgrade when we arrived and a free complimentary breakfast for our wedding anniversary, the room was lovely bathroom lovely, staff friendly and attentive at all times, would definitely return and highly recommend.
S. S.
Awesome customer service. Second to none, from top to bottom !
T. Z.
The rooms, where tidy, Clean and modern fitted. But with a View to the room price they were a little Bit to small. But the fantastic breakfast let's you forget this problem
J. W.
Room very small but clean. Shower screen leaked. Staff very pleasant throughout our stay. Breakfast good but staff disorganised. Music in restaurant a bit monotonous.
B. T.
Good vibe, attentive/welcoming staff, tastefully appointed spacious room on 7th floor; good pub, eating choices, tube and buses within two blocks. Concierge can be hit or miss.
I. M. S.
Very nice hotel with the friendliest staff possible!! The rooms are nice and decent and the bed comfortable. There is a very personal touch in the hotel and they really make you feel at home💜
A. L.
Nice hotel, great show.
T. M.
Their constellation prize was the fact they'd left us a note to pre apologise for the noise. After I explained my situation they admitted that was small room but could not reschedule me because the hotel was fully booked. The accounting …
D. B.
Good for the theatre. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff really helpful and kind
G. R.
Absolute delight to stay in this prime hotel. Everything was superb and professional...Right from staff behavior, food, cleanliness, professional ethics, helpfulness etc. I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Central London.
A. O.
Service is great. Rooms get a lot of street /neighborhood noise and the interior rooms are very small. Kept very clean and tidy though
V.
Lovely hotel but it would be great if there were more breakfast options for people who just want something small. We had to walk to a nearby Pret-a-Manger for simpler options
B. S.
Excellent service but bathrooms were dated and in need of renovation
A. H.
Lovely hotel, and restaurant. Will come back again.
M. H.
Good sized rooms furnished with all necessities for a stay. Reception is well presented and staff are friendly. Venue is good value for money considering the location.
A.
Friendly staff, good location, but small beds and very hot blanket. :) To improve, I would try to provide second set of pillows (thinner) and cooler blanket.
N.
Nothing special, it is the same as staying in any other two/three star hotel but much more expensive. The bar is bad and they do not tell you that there is no table service, they just let you sit there. If you need something from your table in the restaurant you may have to get up and go get someone coffee, water, etc.
I. E.
Very good hotel with warm and polite service, all useful facilities in the room, but you have to understand, that if you buy the cheapest room, you can see just a wall in front of your windows.
T. M.
We loved staying at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Hotel. We then headed out for a wander and the location of the hotel is perfect. Unfortunately, I didnt get the chance to eat in the Hotel Lobster restaurant but have heard amazing things and will definitely book again JUST to eat there.
T. G.
Perfect spot for a short trip into the heart of London. Perfect location. Good service. Good equipment and furnishing. Nice and clean rooms. Thank you for the free upgrade. My bloundless recommendation.
I. K.
Very nice hotel, with modern furnishings and attentive staff. My room was absolutely spotless and the range of facilities available is excellent.
M. M.
Great Hotel in the middle of London town, next to SoHo, Covent garden and just accross the street from British Museum. Nice rooms and a great breakfast. The staff is also very friendly!
K. C.
Very nice service and well kept rooms. There were a few stains and some wear here and there, and the AC buzzed (was working quite hard in the heat when I was there). Overall would happily return.
D. S.
I stay in radison blu hotels frequently within the UK and abroad with week and the service here is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating especially Melanie on reception.
a. t.
Excellent service and rooms
E. P.
Came here only for an event that was held there. Facilities seemed clean and staff was friendly. But overall atmosphere wasn’t that fantastic. Interior was dark and dining hall was a bit sad. No decor what so ever.
S. L.
Amazing location, great personnel, small rooms but very cosy. Menu could be a bit more diverse and cheaper, but that's about it
P. H.
Attended the Faulty Towers live show at this venue. A very entertaining evening including 3 course dinner. Lot's of laughs. A must see.
J.
Welcome by staff;
Acres of bathroom mirrors;
Pretty lighting. …
M. M.
Lovely hotel, staff great
P. D.
The room was clean but i never expected a 4star blu radisson to carry refurbishment on our floor causing dust and paint smell.floor should have been closed.not worth the money we paid.
Y. D.
It was a very good hotel, my only small problem was that I got a corner room right above the junction, so I had a bit noise, but it didn't bother me that much.
J. S.
Lovely stay in the centre of London. Great staff who were very helpful. Food in Scoff & Banter was excellent. All in all a lovely visit.

(Translated) Nice location and clean hotel's only star was the girl working in the breakfast room. She was very rude and harsh. The receiving person should not behave in this way.

Guzel konumu ve temiz otel tek yıldızı kahvaltı salonundaki çalışan kız yüzünden kirdim cok kaba ve sertti. Karşılayan insanın bu şekilde davranmamasi gerekli

(Translated) The rooms are new, clean and the size is adequate. We were in July and the air conditioning worked well. The attention of the staff is very good. The bathroom are adapted for people with disabilities. Good ubication. The only thing I liked the attention of the bar, quite late.

(Translated) Very nice hotel, located in central London. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't that the service was a bit sufficient. We had check in at 3pm and were delayed for 30 minutes. There are not many, but for those who have made a 16-hour journey between plane and Metro, even 10 minutes are many. And one other thing. There was a welcome service .... snacks. The person who welcomed you at the entrance to the hotel did not consider us at all. Despite the late hour. But I noticed that single girls were very busy. Thank you.

Grazie.
