So glad I found this amazing shop. Staff were so helpful and informative. A great selection of cheeses with real flavour. The makers' names showing provenance was also a great insight. Much better than a supermarket plastic wedge.

a helluva cheese shop! the smell alone is enough to stop by. the selection is small (mostly british) but staff is friendly and knowledgeable. they’ll help you realize what you need is right in front of you. great selection of stiltons and goat cheese, also buffalo mozzarella which can be a difficult find. some of the best cheesemongers i’ve come across!

Our first time visiting the newly opened Chorlton Cheesemongers and we were really impressed! We asked the cheesemonger to advise us on what would be a good selection for a cheeseboard and found his advice very helpful. He spent a lot of time talking through the cheeses and gave us some samples. All of cheeses that we got tasted amazing!! It was probably the best cheeseboard selection we’ve ever had. I would definitely go back again soon. A great new addition to the neighbourhood!

An excellent shop full of marvellous artisan cheeses from around the UK and occasionally from France znd Italy. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Shop also sells chutneys, olives and other accompaniments for cheese. Cannot be faulted in any way.

Only cheeses from the British Isles. Fantastic and very interesting selection. Changes regularly. Very knowledgeable. They have hard, soft, goat, sheep, cow, blue, smoked and everything in-between. They also sell delicious bread, along side crackers, olives, charcuterie, jams and chutneys etc. A welcomed addition to Chorlton

Great selection of cheeses that are just simply fantastic. Amazing service as you'd hope to expect from people who are obviously passionate about what they do. Plus one of them is a ringer for Tilda Swinton. Go visit and buy cheese. It's good.

The breads are of excellent quality and the shop also offers pickles, jams, chutneys, olives and dry sausages (very good but a bit expensive). (Original) Une belle sélection de fromages anglais et irlandais et un comté français entre 2.5£/100g et 5£/100g. Les pains sont d'excellente qualité et la boutique propose également des cornichons, des confitures, des chutneys, des olives et des saucissons secs (très bons mais un peu chers).
